I agreed, appreciatively, to reschedule late afternoon the day before my little guys surgery. A few hours before he was to arrive, he called and cancelled. This time not willing to reschedule until mid month. That doesn't work. This is not someone you want to work with. He is not reliable, professional, or trustworthy.
