I had several additional requests which they accommodated such as adding an extra drain line and additional return vent and all the work was done as requested. Since completion of the job, they have come back on routine maintenance visits to keep the system up and running and the cost of which was included with the original work. I therefore. have been very pleased with after-installation service. Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. Obviously, overall, I'm very happy with their services. I will be using them again and highly recommend.

First of all, Erick showed up a while back and gave me an estimate with no pressure whatsoever to get the work done I told him I was getting several estimates and he said fine. He provided me with a cash discount and even filled out the Washington gas rebate form for me and I just had to double check it sign it and he sent it in. On top of that the work was unbelievably good. They showed up on time. They showed me where they were going to work. They covered my floors to make sure there was no dirt or dust and spent the whole day doing an expert job. They are professionals and when I talked to them, they spoke about how much they liked working for their company. They said the owner is a stand-up guy and that is what I heard from another person named Tyrone Johnson who actually recommended this company. I couldn't be more pleased, and I am looking forward to the future to dealing with them and THEIR warranty!

The idea that Butch is "rude" is absurd. He is kind, generous and professional. I use Action…read moreElectric exclusively, because every single time, the work is excellent and reasonably priced. He didn't have to negotiate a big job to be done by the electric company. He just did. And smiled about it. And it got done in 1/3 the time they said it would. And if you call him and the problem is that a breaker you didn't know about was flipped, he'll show up quickly, show you where it is, flip it back, smile, and walk away. I said "While you're there, could you run 30Amps to my shed?" He said sure! I came out after work and the trench was dug, line run in conduit, and filled. This isn't a service you want to take lightly. You won't find this kind of home-spun service often. It's a dying breed. You'll never fell like he's trying to nickel and dime you. As to reviews about negative experience? I'd recommend reflecting on what part you or "your wife" played in the misunderstanding.

After being cut off multiple times on our brief conversation, he ended up hanging up on me mid-sentence, before I could explain the true location of the requested services. What a shame, missed out on potentially $1k-$1.5k worth of work. Being an experienced tradesperson is one thing and having common decency when speaking to potential customers is another, you need both. I am very happy he behaved like this BEFORE he was at my house doing work. Just like you have no time for your customers, I have no time for that behavior. I encourage everyone to read the past reviews from Tom C., Alex O., Ana B., Lori F., and Lema Y (those are just under the recommended reviews). You should scroll down to the end of the recommended reviews and click on the "other reviews that are not currently recommended". The reviews mentioned and most of those that are not currently recommended give a much more accurate photo of how Graham Electric conducts business.

Do you need a new water heater? This is the company to get if you don't want to wait!…read more Luckily my hot water heater finally decided to die in the middle of the summer. However, cold showers get old after the first one. Anyways, I assumed it was repairable due to clogged valves or needed replacement as it was over 10 years old and maybe much older. I called this company up because of the reviews and anything veteran owned is usually legit. Nassim was my technician and he can right in the middle of the service window scheduled. He immediately found the issue and gave me two options - repair or replace. I decided to replace because I know the water supply in this community tends to have a lot of minerals buildup. I'm glad I did. Upon removing the old hot water heater, a ton of deposits was found. I may have been missing out on full powered showers for years. Not anymore! Highly recommended. No BS. No upsell. Time to shower and be clean again!
