I already knew it wouldn't be a tough job yet still needed help. I wanted to see whether they really are interested in providing service to those genuinely in need rather than only cherry-picking high yield jobs. The result? They failed in their interest to help as well. Zero follow-up...and I mean completely vacuous! From the scary observation of the drive up to my home & carelessly blocking my neighbor's driveway when parking...to the cold fish & flippant reply to a simple comment and inquiry while I explained the brief history of the issue, I remained completely unimpressed by this company. I am thankful that I was able to dodge a bullet when they failed to follow up because if they only demonstrate preferential selection for jobs (and wasting a customer's time when they have no intention of taking the job in the first place), then I say to you, the customer valiently doing your due diligence, be very cautious if selecting this company to do the work with which you need help. They may have been great at what they did during the company's prime years for some customers, however, now at the time of this writing, if you are a fan of both customer service and quality work, perhaps search elsewhere. If the company does not show well in their initial interaction, and in this case, following their second chance, they're likely not going to show well the rest of the time. As we approached the service date, he communicated details effectively. On day of service, he kept us notified as our time slot approached. He arrived on time. He estimated 2 hours, and he finished on time. Alex was extremely thorough: cleaning windows, screens, siding, trim, gutters, bricks, stone, and metal roofing. He also included deck washing and walking stone/pavers as part of the work. Moreover, he pressure washed our front porch bench for free. The owner Justin was great to work with, communicated almost daily, and stopped by the house frequently to check on the progress of the work and answer any questions or concerns I had. Selvin the team lead is a true craftsman, knows his stuff, and clearly takes pride in the quality of his work. Others on the team worked equally hard and they have all been with Calabrese for at least 10 years.
