Manor Works has done a wonderful job at my home. They answered the phoned, showed up for the initial appointment. He was able to give me a price on the spot and we approved the work. They also gave me a scheduled date for completion for the work. The date did move from weather but I was kept informed. The work staff was courteous and professional. read more

Manor Works recently painted the interior and exterior of my house. Each crew was easy to work with - they provided daily progress updates, answered all of my questions and completed the work on schedule and within the estimate. Manor Works Painting completed a four-townhouse project for us. The houses are cedar siding so they were stained and the trim was painted. The experience was great from the office manager to the owner to Francisco, the foreman, and his paint team - Oscar and Isaac. The office manager promptly scheduled the appointment to come out and take a look at the job, the owner arrived on time and was polite and professional, and we received proposals right away. The price was very reasonable and included replacement of areas with wood rot. The painters arrived first thing in the morning every day. They were meticulous and tidy, making sure they cleaned up each day. The townhouses all look great. I am very happy with the work performed by the paint team and highly recommend Manor Works! read more

We recently had Manor Works complete a large interior and exterior project at our historical, custom designed home. It involved significant repairs to rotted wood and trim which was all completed to match the aesthetic of the original design. Alfredo's crew was excellent and ensured we were pleased with the end result. Definitely a true craftsman. The interior involved removal of wallpaper and fresh paint along with repairing several nail pops. All of it looked excellent once completed. This was definitely a professional crew and the foreman takes pride in his own work and that of his crew. The cost was reasonable and matched the quality of work. During the walk around to create the estimate, the owner did not try to sell us on any upgrades or work which was not required. In an industry where this frequently occurs, it was nice to hear "you don't need that." I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a quality, reasonably priced painting company. read more

The team was very responsive and professional. Great quality work. I will use them again!

Price is reasonable for the quality of work. The crews are always very Professional. I recommend them as they also local to me.

I contacted Manor Works Painting at the suggestion of a neighbor when I needed to have some exterior carpentry work and painting done. From the time the estimator came to my home to the finished product, the process was absolutely seamless! Team Lead Alfredo and his crew arrived promptly each day as scheduled and were professional, amiable and courteous! Their superb knowledge and craftsmanship was second to none and I was very impressed with their superior work ethic, attentiveness to detail and exemplary customer service. They truly have the customer's....and his or her home's best interest at heart! Additionally, they are the masters of clean up! Each day and after the project was complete, they left no trace of being there except for their beautiful workmanship... which drew attention from the neighbors! One neighbor walking by had observed the project beginning to end. She admired the work so much she claimed she was going to call Manor Works and have them do her house too! I was so proud and pleased with everything that I plan to contract Manor Works again in the near future to begin work on the interior! read more

Manor Works Painting replaced water rotted trim boards on my house. Their price was fair and the work of their employees was top notch craftsmanship. As with this type of work, additional problems not in the original bid were discovered as the work progressed. These were promptly and fairly handled on a time and materials basis. The finished job matches the original trim perfectly. I will not hesitate to use Manor Works Painting for any other work around my home. read more

We recently used Manor Works Painting for our exterior and interior painting project, and they did excellent work at a very reasonable cost. The two experienced painters--Freddie Luna and Ronald Estrada--showed up on time, repaired the rot in our garage door and various cracks in some of our interior walls, and then did a fantastic job painting the numerous areas outside and inside our house that we requested. The quality of their work was amazing and they took care of all of our special requests and provided excellent customer service. We were very pleased with their work, and Manor Works' 4 year warranty gives us peace of mind that our house will look great for years to come! I would recommend Manor Works (and their expert painters--Freddie and Ronald) to anyone who needs high quality painting at a reasonable price. We have used Manor Works for all of our painting needs since buying our house in 2000, and I have recommended them to several of my neighbors (all of whom have been been very happy with their work). The next time we need painting services, we will definitely call Manor Works! --Lars in Centreville read more

Manor Works is really great! Over the past 2 years I have selected them to complete several drywall and painting project, at my rental and personal properties. I cannot say enough about Manor Works Painting, foreman Ismael and his crew. I am really picky but their work exceeded even my expectations. They were so meticulous, so expert and professional, and really nice guys to boot. They don't just paint - they restore the walls. They go above and beyond, such as cleaning old paint off the hardware as they go, setting my TVs, computer, and printer back up for me, vacuuming before they put the furniture back into place. I could go on and on. Customer service and truly excellent work is their goal. read more

Victor and his crew are highly professional, courteous, and know their stuff inside out. They do not push unnecessary work and instead focus on doing what is needed and doing it really well. I highly recommend Manor Works. read more

We've used Manor Works for two separate outdoor painting projects so far, and both have been great experiences. Pricing was among our lower bids. Our most recent project involved repainting various areas outside (railings, roof trim) and power washing our deck, porch and fence. The contractors were respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and overall, did a great job. We would use them again for future painting projects. read more

I would not recommend Manor Works to anyone!!! We recently (09/2022) hired Victor and his company to paint and repair wood rot to the exterior of our home. He did not adequately give us an accurate estimate for the wood repair work. His employee, Alfredo, went around after the work was started and threw numbers at us for the costs of the additional repairs. The paint job was sloppy; everything we requested to be redone was countered with you are a liar and that there was nothing wrong with it. The worst part of the job was painting the metal basement railing, which was never sanded down, but instead painted over rust, and some parts were not even painted. Their excuse was, "you told us to do it this way." The foreman, Alfredo, took every opportunity to call my husband a liar and refused to do what he asked. The owner, Victor, never came to inspect the work upon completion (and create a "punch list"). Instead, he wanted to deduct $500 and call it a day. We had to insist he come per the contract before he agreed to show up, with an arrogant and nasty attitude. When he finally showed up, despite raising legitimate concerns over the quality of work, he tried to accuse us that we were using it as an "excuse." They simply refused to take any legitimate and concrete criticism about their performance. Beware, they also charge extra $ for using credit cards. Another way to rip customers off. Overall not a good experience. If you want to be constantly abused, called a liar, yelled at, or accused of all types of misdeeds, use Manor Works, Victor, and his crew, headed by Alfredo, the foreman. Otherwise, I recommend you go elsewhere. read more

We have used this company before. They are very good, neat, prompt, and thorough. They wore masks because we are in the pandemic now, I recommend them highly! read more

Manor Work Painting (Alfredo, Rosario, and Milton) did a great job of mudding, sanding, and painting our garage and sealing our deck. They were able to come a day earlier than scheduled, worked long days, and cleaned up nicely after finishing the job. They worked hard and paid attention to every detail and many of our care-abouts along the way. We are so happy with the final product of their work! read more

We had a great experience with Victor and the team. They did top quality work at a fair price.

Manor Works is top-notch. When we contacted them about having our house painted shortly after we purchased it, they were able to schedule a visit by one of their consultants the next day. The consultant took his time with us and made sure he understood what we were looking for, our price point, and the extra precautions that needed to be taken in actually carrying out the work because I have very bad allergies and also suffer from migraines that can be triggered by strong smells, including paint. The work was done quickly and professionally, and our house was cleaned from top to bottom as well. We've subsequently used Manor Works on other projects and will continue to. We can't recommend them highly enough! read more

I've used Manor Works multiple times over the years. They're not the cheapest, nor should they be, because you're paying for a more professional level of service. When I have a job that needs the assurance of quality work I know there are no bargains. I can honestly say I've always felt that their crew went the extra mile to be sure everything was perfect. read more

This was easily the most professional painting experience I've ever had. He was right on time for quoting, honest with what needed to be done and what didn't and I had the quote within 8 hours. Once I was on the schedule, I knew exactly what day they were going to start and be done based on their online communications. I greatly appreciate the work they did, but respecting my time and making sure it was an easy experience makes it even better. Thank you! read more

Let's put it this way: after I hired these guys to paint my bathroom, I decided it was a better idea to to the rest of my place myself. Over the course of the last year, I've probably painted about 800-900 sq ft of rooms. Before that I had pretty much no experience painting except chipping in on things like fences and house exteriors, which require little skill. I got the Manor Works "painter for a day," and first went through multiple rounds of scheduling issues. First, although I had confirmed via email that the painter was scheduled for a day, it was not in their system, so no one was available to come that day. The next time, they had more scheduling issues and sent two painters for half a day instead of one for a whole day. I work during the day, so this was an obvious pain. All of the work was in my tiny tiny condo bathroom, so I'm pretty sure I did not get the same money's worth out of those two guys tripping over each other in there than I would have been with one painter working all day, but I was not given any sort of discount. The job they did? The good: - The major work was to sand and repaint my bathroom ceiling, which was in bad shape. It looked great by the time they finished. - Walls generally looked nice as well, although they clearly only had time for one coat given the paint's dry time (I provided Benjamin Moore Kitchen and Bath) - They were good about dropcloths in my hallway and had no paint there The bad: - Sloppy edging along the metal border to my shower (I've since edged on metal - if you use tape you can get a near-perfect line) - Long drip of paint on the floor in the bathroom - fortunately it had not cured and I was able to get it up with my fingernails - Area above the door not painted - there's not a lot of space here, but I am going to go back in and do it myself with a small brush as they should have done They finished up right at the 4-hour mark so I expect they were rushing at the end. Again it was not a very efficient 4 hours. So, my advice, unless you have something really terrible that needs to be done (like sanding the hell out of a bathroom ceiling before repainting it), do it yourself. I bought a $30 Wagner hand crank/pump roller from Amazon, and the other needed accessories, including TAPE, and did the rest of my place myself (I did do a lot of reading on the Internet to learn how to paint properly). If you use tape properly (press down on it with a putty knife to prevent bleeding), you can do a much better job than at least these pros. read more

Honest, professional, family-run business with high-quality results. Best painting company in the area hands-down. I highly recommend Manor Works to anyone looking for a professional painter. There are painting companies that call themselves professionals, however they are not. We unfortunately had a very bad experience before hiring Manor Works. Thankfully, Manor Works was a breath of fresh air. Manor Works Happy to report the results of the paint job and other tasks that were performed at our home last week. Your team (Alfredo, José, and Patrick) certainly worked as a solid team to get the work done. Alfredo parceled the work between the three where you could see work getting done efficiently and on time. They arrived at our home on both days at the time they promised and left just before dark. Everything was protected with either tarps or plastic to avoid paint getting on our personal belongings. Obviously, prep time took the longest and it was the most critical for a job well done. The pricing with the winter discount was the way to go. Nice to know that Alfredo has been with your organization for a very long time. The guys were all detail oriented and helped with light fixtures and other things that I could not get to. Looking forward to having them come back again. read more

What an awesome team! Great communication and most important of all QUALITY! They did our entire basement in two days. We have had many other painters as we have moved a few times over the last few years and working with Manor Works has been the best experience! read more

We'd highly recommend Manor Works. From start to finish, everyone was professional, courteous and really cared about ensuring we were happy. Victor came out to look over our house and really took his time with us to ensure he understood what we were looking for and to properly set expectations for the work they would do (Also, additional props for a fellow Bills Mafia Member!). The quote came in the same day and we were able to get on the schedule. Alfredo called the the day before work started to let us know when his team would be arriving and like clockwork, they were here on time. His team was extremely professional, hard working and paid a lot of attention to detail. They showed up every day on time and stayed all day long. Great communications with us the entire time his team was here. Like others, we've had terrible experiences with painting companies in the area and Manor Works is heads and shoulders above them. The final product is amazing and we're very happy! read more

From the estimate to the last day of painting, Manor Works made the painting of the interior of our home (all 2,000 sq. ft of it!) a very positive experience. Francisco and his team did a beautiful job. Their work is flawless. They were very professional and kept the house super clean. You can tell they take pride in their work. We are looking forward to moving in to such a beautifully painted home! read more

My HOA recommends these guys but I find them to be extremely difficult to work with and overpriced. Don't ever expect for them to show up on the day you schedule. You have to check their online scheduler yourself to see when they have time to get to you because I guarantee that they will not show up on the date you requested and no one will call you in advance. Even then, they twice failed to come on the day they said they would. I had signed a contract for exterior and interior work. When I requested that the date for the interior project be pushed back, I started getting nasty e-mails that they were taking me off the calendar and demanding immediate payment on the balance on the contract. Terrible customer service! We were going with them until now because our Board recommended it but I will never use them again. read more

Great painters. This is the 7th time we've used this business in the past 20 years. Each time we have been very pleased. This time we were especially pleased as we were on a tight timeframe -- just bought a new house and had 1 week to get it painted. They extra painters over to paint our house so it could be finished in time to meet our deadline. Additionally, we had some small carpentry tasks that had to be completed - like taking down a chair rail and fixing a closet prior to painting - and they did those as well. The price is a little higher than many of the painters in the area but it is WELL WORTH IT. No drips of paint on the floor; all the corners painted nicely; trim painted evenly -- there is absolutely nothing I can say negative about this group. I highly recommend them. read more
