He's very meticulous, gladly came back out to touch up a couple trouble spots in the drywall (a bad seam I introduced when hanging the sheet!). Also gladly answers questions and I already have him generating some quotes for other projects that I may need him to undertake this year.

RYC, led by Roberto, was the subcontractor on our home remodel project. They were incompetent,…read morenegligent, lazy, and disorganized. They were ultimately fired by the general contractor for these reasons. Some things RYC did on our project: -Removed a 1st floor window instead of a 2nd floor window. -Put trash inside our walls and drywalled over it. -Hung $80k work of cabinets over walls that were not drywalled. -Then proceeded to attempt to repair drywall after cabinets were hung, damaging our cabinets in the process. -Damaged various parts of our home through poor risk mitigation, typically not bothering to put any plastic, ram board, etc. down to protect the workspace.

He listened to our ideas and knew exactly what we were looking for. He was quick and attentive to my questions and messages. Indira was amazing too - she kept in constant communication and helped me with some of the aesthetic decisions. I really can't say enough about how great all of the employees were. From Orlando and Indira, to the workers we are very pleased with how the office turned out! I highly recommend RYC and I can't wait to use them again in the future!

Bull Construction has now completed 3 major projects for me (roof replacement, deck modifications…read morefor hot tub installation and a sliding glass door install with major water damage remediation) all with outstanding results. The staff is very knowledgeable and they don't take short cuts. The price is usually at or below their competitors but the quality has been exceptional which is why I will be using them for all future projects.

The owner Shawn was dishonest and manipulate before the project then aggressive and intimidating afterwards. We were getting 10+ emails/calls/texts a day at one point. Painful. If you haven't signed yet, I'd recommend getting a second opinion on their proposal. If you've already signed, find someone knowledgeable in your corner to check each step of the way. I'm sure Bull tries to get honest reviews taken down but I'll try to keep this up even if they pressure us. Hope it helps. Good luck-- EDIT: an hour after posting this review my doorbell starts ringing. No joke, the owner is standing at my door. Kind of unsettling but I guess that's the point. He's going to "call his lawyers" if I don't delete the review. Very strange.

They checked in quite often during the construction of the deck and have checked in even after the deck was built to see how everything was going and if we were enjoying our new deck. I am also going to have them stain my deck as well when the time comes. Their estimate was spot on, was worth every penny.

They are competitively priced, courteous, respectful, and always leave a clean work site at the end of the day. We have used them for small and large projects including: master bath renovation (down to the studs, all plumbing moved), new exterior back deck, complete remodel of our English basement apartment unit including floors, closet addition & full kitchen, renovated main staircase, and more. They start early and often stay late in the evening to ensure a project is completed on time, even if "surprises" are discovered along the way, extending the work load. They have always been able to trouble shoot the behind the walls surprises and oddities often found renovating in an older home- replacing a missing floor joist in the bathroom & adjusting an odd wall angle to make it more aesthetically pleasing. They were even able to adjust the original footprint of our back deck, adding much needed extra square footage for storage purposes- always a plus in small, city homes! I have heard horror stories about other remodeling projects, but am happy to say that we have always been very pleased with the work Mole Construction has done, and will continue to use their services for all of our home renovation needs.
