Kevin came out and did the inspection. Then sat with me on the phone call with the Insurance company to place claim for wind damage. Kevin came back when the insurance inspector came out, and instead of just a repair Kevin was able to get whole roof replacement approved. The roofing representative went up on the roof and took 65 pictures. I was shocked! 30+ shingles were missing and numerous others had cracked and separated. The ridge cap on one roof section had split at the crown for that entire section, creating a 1/4 to 1/2 inch wide opening. We've used St. Joseph's multiple times in the past and were always satisfied with the work. Unfortunately, we will not be calling on St. Joseph's in the future.
