Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. On 7/28/2020 a price quote was emailed to us for a shower to be installed and the quote was…read more$3,850.00. Prior to signing off on this quote I question that someone should come back to assess the estimate again and I was told that it would not be necessary. Thereafter, I signed off on the contract for the quoted price of $3,850.00. There was concrete that had to be broken up to have the shower installed which was done. Digging started and my wife was informed that they had to build a wall. I was not home at the time this wall issue was addressed. My wife called me and informed me of the wall that was needed. I gave the ok to let them add a wall. Later that evening I was shocked to hear that a 5' wall was an extra $400 that was not in the original quote. Donnie stated that he didn't realize that there was no wall present when he did the estimate. Had the work not started I would have cancelled the work because the price was not what was agreed on. This was very disappointing to see the price increase this dramatically. I arrived home after work, and I was shocked to see that the wall for the shower was actually in the doorway. Now the bathroom entry door only opens half way so we have to enter sideway. Towards the end of the job Donnie stated that they could install another door to open outward or move the doorway. I did not agree to the additional work because the extra charge for the wall was snuck in. The shower was installed and works fine. The job is now complete and I was informed that I would not be charged for the toilet valve that they broke. In my opinion this obligation was not met, and under duress I paid the extra $400.

I don't consider it professional not to call back when you say you will call back, but unfortunately too many contractors are good, efficient, but not professional business people. Shows a lack of integrity. Maybe he's a great electrician and a great guy, but not a good experience.
