RUN FOR THE HILLS! Do NOT give them a penny nor a minute of your time. Have been a loyal customer…read morefor many years but I'm absolutely flabbergasted by the lack of customer support and the arrogance displayed by the owner. The technicians have been to our home twice to replace sensors and they love to drag their feet since they charge by the hour - I don't see how it takes them 3 hours to replace 3 window sensors, one of them upset me when I noticed he was wasting time removing the glue left from the sensors he replaced until I demanded that he leave it alone. For over a year we've experienced issues with the system faulting for no reason - tamper alarms/siren going off at 3am - and made several requests for technical support but they never even responded to our emails, that is until my husband mentioned he was considering switching to Ring monitoring - then the owner pretended to care and got nasty. Also, if you are a current customer, MAKE SURE TO READ YOUR CONTRACT, they are 3-year commitments and are AUTO-RENEWED, they WILL NOT let you cancel. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Every single one of them was professional, accommodating, and extremely nice from start to finish. I walked in with only a general idea of what I wanted, and they patiently guided me through the many audio options out there without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. One gentleman in particular especially helped me narrow everything down. He asked the right questions about how I use my truck and what kind of sound I was after, then helped me land on the perfect setup: a new amp, a sealed subwoofer, and upgraded door speakers. He clearly knew his stuff and explained everything in plain language so I felt confident in my choices instead of just guessing. If you're planning to wait while your install is done, don't worry -- they have two leather sofas and a TV in the back that are super comfortable. Honestly, I ended up taking a nap while my truck was worked on. The workmanship was fantastic, and the sound difference from stock is night and day. I can't say enough about how happy I am with my new system. If you're looking to upgrade your car audio in the Winchester area, this is the team to see.
