I've been with these people for 7 years, and their service and pricing have been superb. Brittany, the young lady who answers incoming calls, is polite, professional, and helpful. I requested service for my HVAC, and two technicians arrived on time during the recent snowy period. They did a thorough check of my system while I watched, and they explained what they were doing. They came fully equipped with all the instrumentation. One of the two technicians was still "in training," so the more experienced one took the time to methodically explain everything he was doing. The prior year, the technician found a defective part and replaced it under the warranty without any cost to me. Their service charge - although somewhat higher than many of the promotional ads offering seasonal maintenance of HVAC equipment, the last time I had used such a low-cost service, the technician seemed more interested in finding some additional "required" work than in doing a thorough job for the low price quoted in the ad. In short, Simple Solutions is part of America that some of us older folk may remember when prices were reasonable, technicians were well-trained in their trade, and both integrity and quality work were more important than a "quick buck." read more

Our furnace stopped working, I was expecting a big headache when our 9 year old furnace broke down and we were left in the cold. We had 2 HVAC technician come and gave us estimates that were mind boggling with recommendation to replace with brand new system. We were lucky our upper unit where we sleep was working so we weren't rush to get a new unit. That's when I called Small Solutions and spoke with Dylan. Dylan, called ahead to let me know they were coming (well within the 10am-2pm window we were quoted) and arrived promptly. They were not only professional and knowledgeable but pleasant company too. I stuck around to watch them work and ask questions, Dylan kindly explained to me in laymen's terms as my limited knowledge of electrical circuits dates back to Physics 8B in college. My heater thermostat was intermittently responding, so I thought I'd better call to have someone look at it. I found Small Solutions on the internet and checked their ratings before calling. A friendly gentleman by the name of Dylan answered my call on the first try at 9:49 a.m. He said he was responding to another call and would come by my place next. In less than three hours (before 12:30 p.m.) from my call (and maybe 20 minutes at my home), he had my heater checked out and installed a new thermostat with a weekly program. The last two days I've been having some problems with my air conditioning and I'm so glad I made the phone call when I did today to Small Solutions the owner Dylan came out within hours of the phone call and helped me find my problems and fixed them for me. We've used Small Solutions twice now! They're wonderful! They are fair and honest. We had another company come look at our AC and they said we had to replace the whole thing (~$5,000). Tyler Roberts from Small Solutions came out for a second opinion and all that we needed was a new fan!!!! Maybe around a year later, our AC wasn't working well again so he came out again (at 8:30pm on a FRIDAY NIGHT) and fixed our AC within an hour. He was friendly, professional, and prompt! Absolutely so happy with our service! Our heater went out and Dillon was there in 3 hours to fix it. Our heating system is almost 15 years old and was expecting to replace the whole system. He took 15 minutes to figure out the problem and went and got the part and came back and it was done. So reasonable and such great service. We are new homeowners and decided to attempt to install our new Nest Thermostat on a "snow day." Bad idea.
