I made an appointment to have our kitchen tile floor cleaned. I'm pretty sure it's never been "properly" cleaned - regular mopping just doesn't provide that deep down clean that a kitchen floor requires. The online appointment process was very easy to use. I found the price to be extremely reasonable. The update emails and texts kept me informed of the process and the Stanley cleaner arrived exactly when he said he would. I will say - when I made the appointment I was given an appointment window of 9am - 5pm, which made it difficult to plan my day (thus the 4-star rating). Very disappointed. Spent several hundred dollars to have carpets, two area rugs and several pieces of furniture cleaned. Was serviced by the Winchester location. The technicians that came to my house were Ryan and Austin. There were several issues with the actual work - 1) Despite me having confirmed when I scheduled the service that they would move furniture (I was told they would move everything except beds with headboards and dressers with mirrors attached), absolutely NOTHING was moved. 2) When they cleaned the area rugs, they did not clean up any of the residual water that was left behind all around the edges of the rug on my hardwood floors. I had to clean it myself after they left. 3) They only spot-cleaned the upholstery, rather than cleaning the entire sofa because half of the sofa was still bone dry after they left - and because I watched one of them clean one of my sofas and he didn't do the whole thing. 4) They did not pull enough water out of the carpet in one of the bedrooms. It was left sopping wet, and took over two days to dry fully, leaving the room damp and humid. Aside from the service issues, one of the technicians made a terribly inappropriate comment which made me uncomfortable and then was asking me specific questions about things I may have in my house that were of no concern to him. I did complete the survey that was sent to indicate I was not happy with my service (it gave me a thumbs up or thumbs down option) and was contacted by Adam at the local office who wanted to "fix" it - but after a few phone calls back and forth, he was going to "talk to his partner" and get back to me, but has failed to do so. The whole crew did a great job. They were very kind and forgiving when I screwed up my register account and forgot to add two stairways. They stayed all day and cleaned everything and did a great job. I would recommend. read more

Beware of this company! They quote you a price and than increase the price when they arrive. Bait and switch Owner won't talk to customers or call back Do yourself a favor and find another company Update: owner did call the next day and was apologetic. He said what was right in trying to save a customer. read more

I just sold my home in Winchester and as a courtesy, I decided to get the floors cleaned. It wasn't a requirement. I called all the carpet cleaners in the area for quotes. The smaller family owned were all around $500 and they each warned me of the other cleaners and how they were each the best. They especially said don't use Stanley. Since it wasn't for me, and Stanley was about $100 cheaper, I went with them anyways. My sons carpet was tan but had grayed for some gross reason. Where his computer chair mat and bed were, made a visible line between gross and clean. He had spilt soda on the floor staining it and my tween aged daughter had gobs of makeup ground into the carpet. I've spent hours with my $400 dirt devil scrubbing them, never to get the stains removed. The areas I had scrubbed, the carpet looked worn. I had used Sears for my last cleaning in Ashburn and they did a terrible job. Stanley cleaned the upstairs first and then moved downstairs. I went up after them and all the stains were gone. The carpet was sticking up and not flat and worn. It looked kind of like new. I like supporting small family owned businesses but I also like supporting my own family by saving money. I would use them again any time. read more

These guys are the best. Had a flooded basement from a rain storm that needed a lot of water removed. They responded quickly and within a few hours had an entire crew working to restore my basement. They were very good at explaining every last detail and coached me through the insurance claim process. They were very honest about what could be replaced and what they could restore. Professional guys, Dallas and Zach, made an old old carpet look like new again! Thought I would try and have it cleaned before replacement but these guys brought it to life again. Excellent job and will give them a shot at cleaning my wood floors next. Service was prompt and on time. read more
