Tom not only responded to my voicemail within minutes, he actually made time the same day to come out, assess the issue, go buy the parts, and come back to fix everything. They told me it was $98 for the service call but that would be credited back if they did the job. Quoted me over $1000 to replace a kitchen faucet if I used their faucet. No other plumbing issues, the handle just broke off the old faucet. I asked how much the labor rate was if I just bought one and had them put it in and the guy said they couldn't tell me because it was job specific, and he'd need to see the faucet. Keep in mind this is a basic replacement, so I paid $98 for him to be in my house 10 minutes and he wouldn't even tell me the hourly rate. I went to Lowes, bought my own faucet and found a plumber to install for $135.
