Excede told me I would have to wait three days for a tech to come out to make the repairs. This is after more than 50 minutes on the phone. I called Kurt, and he drove in from his home - 90 plus minutes each way - to hook me back up to the Internet. I am very grateful for his diligence and integrity in backing up his product. I had prior experience at a prior residential location with the other vendor, but Yelp offered to reach out to other repair options and The Eldest Geek was among those. Craig reached back out to me right away, like within minutes, *on a Sunday*(!) with a significant amount of helpful info. I ended up going with the guy I knew for my printer, which is fixed. But, at the appropriate time when our current home remodeling project is completed, I will definitely be contacting The Eldest Geek for info on small home wired network configuration and other WinPC (and possibly Linux) related services.
