I still use a laptop that was rebuilt when there were issues with my old one. Craig knows a lot about computers. He has a few employees who help. There doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency with finishing projects. The location isn't convenient to visit. The office seems unorganized, but repairs still get completed. Craig thinks outside the box and can solve issues that places like Best Buy could miss.
