I had prior experience at a prior residential location with the other vendor, but Yelp offered to reach out to other repair options and The Eldest Geek was among those. Craig reached back out to me right away, like within minutes, *on a Sunday*(!) with a significant amount of helpful info. I ended up going with the guy I knew for my printer, which is fixed. But, at the appropriate time when our current home remodeling project is completed, I will definitely be contacting The Eldest Geek for info on small home wired network configuration and other WinPC (and possibly Linux) related services.

There doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency with finishing projects. The location isn't convenient to visit. The office seems unorganized, but repairs still get completed.
