Everything here is great except the parking. There isn't any and what is there is in terrible condition!

I would give zero stars if it was possible. Do not go here unless you want to get fleeced. I went in to ship my son's baseball bat back to the manufacturer with a preprinted label. I needed a box without any packaging in it as the bat was damaged anyway. They wanted to charge me $42. That was for the box itself, putting the bat in the box, and taping it all up. That's absolutely unbelievable. I left and went to the location in Huber next to Marshalls. They charged me $12 for the same thing. read more

Not very helpful. My family has usually splurged on UPS when we need extra TLC. Every time we go the service is above and beyond. They always know how to pack special items. Not this time. Never been to this location, but when I needed to protect some lab tubes to ship, I pretty much got the shrug of the shoulder and go do it yourself with our meager supplies for purchase. No thanks...I'll just go to USPS. At least they'll have more supplies for me to DIY. read more

Englewood, OH location. I went to pick up our (2) $1700 mobile phones and the employee Abby drops one of them in front of me, another customer, and 2 other employees. Before it happened I yelled, "watch out those are cell phones" and after dropping them she laughs. I said to her "are you laughing right now"? And she lies to my face and says "no" to me in front of everyone and i fire back at her "then what are you doing right now"? "How could you be laughing"? As she continues to laugh she says, "well they're in boxes." And the other 2 employees were silent. She also did not ask for ID or give me a receipt. HEY UPS, MAKE SURE THE NEXT TIME I GO IN THERE THAT YOUR EMPLOYEE ABBY IS NOT. That location's customer service is atrocious and none of them gave an apology. Time for re-training. read more

I am and handicapped senior citizen that went into this store to send a gift to my daughter for her birthday. The employee that waited on me made me feel that I was a bother to him, I am not sure if it was my age, my handicap or that I was Black! I have been in the customer service field for over 20 years and I always tried to make my customer feel at ease and give them great service. I really wasn't sure, but this was not the service that I had gotten there at this office before, my prior visits I was treated a lot more cordial even with the store being crowded as it was yesterday. I was questioning why he was saying that I needed such a big box for 12x12x12 for such small items: a wallet, pj set, two small jewelry boxes. I felt that I didn't have a right to question my purchase even though he stated that there was additional packaging that had to be added to protect the store from liability! I have never been told that before! The young man was young, and I chalked it up to that, but I feel personally that it was a personal attack on me as a Black, senior citizen and handicapped. I don't know if it was his intentions or just need more customer service training!!!! read more

I use this UPS location mainly to return items to Amazon. Everyone I have encountered has been super friendly and nice. Even when it is crazy busy. The only issue I have is the parking lot. And that I am sure is out of your hands. There are too many businesses in that area for that few of parking spaces. read more

This is my go to business store. When I need copying or FAXing to do this is the place I go. They are efficient, quick and correct. read more

The UPS Store - Store front - Shipping Centers Near Me - Englewood, Ohio

Went in to have 2 forms notarized. Waited in line for almost 20 min only to find the notary doesn't come in until 1pm. ALL signage posted in the store offer services during open hours. It would be courteous to customers and good business to clearly post the TRUE hours services are offered. This will make for happier and not waste valuable customers time. read more

Great customer service. The staff is knowledgeable, very helpful, and willing to answer any questions about shipping and tracking. This is my "go to" place for Amazon returns (QR code) and eBay sales. The only improvement I could possible suggest is more parking, the store and staff are really great... but the cramped parking. I know where there is an empty Bob Evans building with plenty of parking... it's larger, and it's on the same motorway. read more

I will never stop at this location again. I had a return envelope with prepaid shipping to drop off. I mentioned the end needed tape. The so nice lady advised me it would be a charge of $1.00 to add tape to my item. I asked for my item back so I could leave, she added "we don't get our tape for free." Really? You charge 10 people $1.00 each for less than 6 inches of tape and you have covered the cost of 2 rolls of tape. I will drive elsewhere from no on. read more

Actually this store deserves a minus rating. On 8/22/19, my husband takes an 18" wreath in to ship to Federal Way, WA. He was charged $18 for the box and $75 to ship it residential ground. Whatever that is. That's $93 folks. Why he paid it, I do not know. I sent him back to the store (because they would not answer their phone). He spoke to the manager, who more or less said, "its already packaged, too bad, we don't give refunds". Mind you this wreath weighed less than one pound. PLUS, it took 8 days to get there. This is clearly shoddy business practice and all I can say is stay away from there. I have reported them to UPS and the Better Business Bureau. read more

Their phone message states that a notary is available during all business hours. I drove 20 miles to have the clerk to tell me " oh she left at 5 pm". STORE does not close until 7 pm!!! I was furious. Piss poor customer service! read more

Let me first by say the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and deserves 5 stars. But the pricing is ridiculous. I travel a lot and I've never experienced such ridiculous pricing. I went in to print something because it's a label the charge when to $5 for one piece of paper. Tape to ship an amazon package is ridiculous as well. I hate when I see hard working people taken advantage of and that's exactly what's happening here. It's the only UPS in the area so it's easy to take advantage of pricing and hike everything up. Service is quick. Staff are curious. Didn't have long lines this Christmas. An Amazon.com return took less than 5 minutes.

Excellent customer service. The girls at this location are always very friendly and helpful. They greet me outside and help me carry in my packages. Definitely my favorite stop! read more
