On 12/29/25 around 3pm i visited the apple store with the intention of resetting an icloud password for a iphone whos screen didnt work. When asked if there was a manual way to see my iphones screen even though it wasnt working ( THE PHONE STILL WORKS PERFECTLY OTHER THAN SCREEN.) and the employee who i was working with, Hunter, shrugged his shoulders and shook his head indicating no. In terms of a solution it seems hunter couldnt come up with even a valid answer other than SHRUGGING. Mutiple times different ways i asked what the solution could be and everytime i was responded with "well you forgot the password". Meanwhile im going through this endeavor theres other customers who explained they had APPOINTMENTS who hadnt been helped in HOURS!! Simply forgot about and swayed to the side. Got the feeling of them moving cattle instead of helping customers. Hunter at this location needs a revisit on his intentions with customers and his customer service outlook. If you call Apple on the Green, you will get an English-speaking person who will transfer you to a foreign customer service rep that you can barely understand. They will act like they are trying to help while putting you on hold.... for an hour.....all the while you are listening to your choices of jazz, classical, or silence. oh boy! When I asked to talk to the manager and it turned out he was one of them. He was rude and aggressive. The tech at the support bar were very kind and apologetic for the managers behavior. When I went to the Apple store in Beavercreek,10/22/2025, I told the person who greeted me that I was interested in purchasing a iphone 14 or iphone 15. I was asked to wait and I was told I was the second person in line for assistance. While I was waiting two other people came in and were also asked to wait for service. While I continued to wait these two people received service from the sales people. Finally after waiting about 15 minutes, when I told a sales person what I wanted he said, we don't sell iphone 14's or 15's. When I asked the person who greeted me why he didn't tell me they don't sell iphone 14's or 15's he said they were going to discuss other options with me. In my opinion this Apple store does not treat customers honestly and in my opinion they do care if they waste your time. I don't think I'll buy any more Apple products! read more

I bought a MacBook Pro back in 2020 and after only having it for 6 months, the internal screen started to "bleed" black. Mind you I didn't fall or physically crack the screen. I later found out it was due to pressure on the top corner. Yes these $1500+ objects are in fact that delicate! I was told it would be $800 for repairs which may take up to 2.5 months. Needless to say it put me off Apple products for 5 yrs. Fast forward and I walked it to buy a laptop. When asked if the current generation had the same issue (very common if you research the Apple forums or Reddit), I was quickly dismissed. The sales reps did not care or want to engage with me to help quail any understandable apprehensions, but instead wanted a quick turn/sell, get you out the door so they can continue to stand around in groups of 4/5 to talk. Heaven forbid that you actually want to offer customer service or acknowledge the high price tag they're asking for!?! Update: Just read Mark's review (see below) and the same man (manager) was the one who was incredibly short and dismissive to me. They must be doing incredible sales where they feel compelled to behave in such blatant disregard and rudeness where customer service is nonexistent. read more

My son needed some help with the camera on his IPhone and he had made an appointment at the Green so we stopped by. They decided that they couldn't fix his camera so they gave him a new phone. The process of uploading from the cloud took a while but that's the process. While we were waiting I bought a Smart Battery Case. As my phone battery doesn't make it through the day anymore. This one works great and my phone tells me the % charge of both my phone and the battery case. Service people were very knowledgeable and they worked quickly. We got what we stopped by for and then some. My only complaint is that it's a 45 minute drive for us and there is always a line. read more

I wish I could give them a better review, but unfortunately, my customer experience with my iPad Pro could not have been worse. The device was not working or charging properly since the day I got it. As time went on, the problems only got worse until it was nearly unusable. They weren't helpful. They only tried to gaslight me into thinking that the device was fine and that I needed more chargers. I have bought hundreds and hundreds of dollars' worth of chargers. I have an entire box of chargers. The thing still doesn't charge right or hold a charge, in addition to problems recognizing pencil, touch, and keyboard input. In short: the 2nd Generation Apple iPad Pro is garbage. I overpaid for this device that does not work properly. It makes a great $3000 doorstop. And yes, after all the ways in which I tried to get it to work, and all the dang chargers and cables I've bought for it, this is about the amount of money I've spent. I could have bought a really nice laptop for that. It's been a year. I am so, so disappointed in this product. I no longer want it. I absolutely hate it. I wish I could have my money back. I have so many regrets. I regret buying Apple products now. And the Greene employees continued to make me wait, make appointments that *I* kept but they did not, and just overall getting railroaded. Around this time, my family had to move house, and I went to a different store yet again with my iPad Pro. The apple store that I went to in Omaha, Nebraska, served me promptly and courteously. They kept the appointment. They found that my device had multiple issues related to product defect. I did not even have to pay for apple care because it was defective. And now they are going to get me a new one, I guess soon. I don't know. I really don't want this new iPad. I just don't see how it could make things better at this point. I wish I had the money to get something nicer, but my bank account is a gosh darn goose egg at the moment. So I'm stuck with this product that I now hate. Don't do what I did. Don't buy an iPad and definitely stay out of this Apple store. I'll write a nice review of the store in Omaha separate from this one, but maaaaan what a terrible, terrible product and customer service. Had an issue with my phone, and made an appointment to visit this store. It's super easy to make an appointment online. And once you go in, you're seen pretty much right away. Unlike some apple stores where you want past your appointment time! Anyway, parking in order to get here is super easy. There are a ton of people working here regardless of when you go. The apple genius who helped me was super cool. Although he wasn't able to help me with my issue lol. He has the same problem with his iPhone. But he did remind me to always turn my phone off every once in awhile and to update my apps when a software update hits to keep my apps from crashing too much. Great store! read more

$3995.66 to secure Apple Care express replacement of my Iphone 13 Pro Max 1TB via this store. I smashed iPhone and went to this store to invoke my Apple Care. Should be a simple thing. No not at all. Told I would wait 10-20 minutes, after 45 I asked, and found out that I wasn't in the que at all. Jon helped me and HE put in for my replacement. I was informed that I had to have a $2349 hold deposit for express replacement. Not happy about it, but used my Apple credit card. I left the store anticipating over night delivery. So Yay! Oh.... uh, no. At 3pm today I go to my email to track the shipment and find that I am being sent the wrong device. Pretty much the most expensive tablet they sell (or was when I bought it, it's 5th gen). Been on the phone for 3 hours now, going rounds about not being expected to assume the financial risk of ANOTHER device to get my phone sent as an express replacement, considering that it's Apple's mistake. When Apple Care called this store investigating if I was telling the truth, the store manager Kyle LIED. He told her that he remembered me, and that my replacement was done SELF SERVE. If he remembered me, then he knows good and well that Jon served me. So, now I get "NOT express" delivery to replace a business device to the tune of an additional $1646.66, and several very lengthy and stonewalling phone calls. An Apple Care supervisor named Hugh actually hung up on me. I wasn't being irate, belligerent, entitled or rude. I was being insistent that the problem be resolved without my having to assume more financial risk. I was told that a company that is worth 2.92 TRILLION (Look it up) had NO ABILITY to do that. The Apple Store in the Greene was typical of most every Apple Store I've seen, clean, organized, well lit, and well staffed. While the store was quite busy on each of my visits, the customer to Apple employee ratio pretty never seemed to exceed 3 to 1. Although I'm a long-time user/owner of Apple products across its product line, I've had surprisingly little interaction with or even had a reason to step foot into an Apple Store other than to lay hands on and check out their latest tech. However, after clumsily dropping my iPhone 6 on the pavement, creating a spider's web of cracks along its face, and making the decision to finally replace my 5+ year old iPad, I finally had a legitimate reasons for going to the Apple Store on two separate occasions. I dropped my phone on a Sunday morning. I immediately went online to make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar. Color me surprised when I was able to get in on the same day, later in the afternoon. I had purchased the Apple Care extended warranty for my iPhone. (Pro tip: ALWAYS purchase the Apple Care plan for your new iPhone.) When I arrived for my 4:00pm appointment, I was seen immediately by an Apple Genius, John (?). He took my phone, confirmed it was still under warranty, and said it would be ready in 90 minutes. He was true to his word as my iPhone was waiting for me when I returned at 5:30. My iPhone had a pristine, new screen and still worked perfectly. Sure, it wasn't a free repair (it cost roughly $80 with tax), but it was a lot cheaper than buying a new phone and the repairs were made by a certified technician using certified parts and materials. While still functioning without any problems, my iPad was getting a bit long in the tooth as its was slowing down in its ability to run many of the newer, processor intensive apps. I did much of my research online, so I had a good ideal of what I was going to buy. Normally, I would've just purchased my iPad online, but I wanted to find out if my old iPad had any value under Apple's replacement/recycling program for old devices. No sooner had I entered the store, a sales rep, Nathan, was directed my way. He informed me that my old iPad qualified for $80 credit toward my new iPad. Score! I saved another $20 by being able to purchase my iPad using the Government Employee Purchase Program. While still a pricey purchase, every bit of savings was greatly appreciated. The entire transaction was smooth and speedy and I was walking out the door with a new iPad. In both cases, my customer experience with each of the Apple Store reps was remarkable in its responsiveness to my needs and my personal satisfaction. Each rep was friendly, helpful, and very adept at answering all of my questions. There may be comparable, if not better, computers, smartphones, and/or tablet devices than Apple's, but none of its competitors have stores selling a single brand's array of product lines with as knowledgeable and professional of a staff. In truth, the Apple Store at the Greene may not be exceptional when compared to other Apple Stores. That said, the quality service and favorable customer experience I had at the store confirmed why I'll continue to be an Apple customer. read more

Went here today for the first time to get my daughter's iPhone fixed. It was a crowded Saturday afternoon, but every employee was smiling and genuinely friendly- I was impressed! We signed in, waited maybe 10 minutes, and as we were waiting for the guy assigned to us, another employee working with someone across the table from us asked about our issue, hooked her phone up to a computer, and got a download started to fix it. When our assigned guy came over, he finished the process, and the phone was fixed in less than ten minutes. (Multiple calls and actions via the phone tech support had not accomplished this! ) The store was clean and well stocked. There was a special kid's table with a few iPads plugged in, I'm assuming to entertain kids while the adults shop. All in all, this was a great experience! read more

Firstly I drive an hour to get there for battery repair only to be told it would be shipped out for the fix. I could have arranged that from home. I was told several times my computer would be shipped back to me on Sunday. It is Sunday and my repair status says it will be shipped for repair soon! So its been sitting there for 2.5 days! Wth? The Apple store is going downhill from what it once was. I had a curb side pick up and waited to be acknowledged for 15 minutes. There were multiple cars behind me having the same issue. I called the store and got hung up on when I told them there were multiple cars wait and I'd been waiting for 15 minutes. Eventually with poor customer service the store will shut its doors. Then they wanted us to meet with another employee and asked us to wait, but then forgot about us until we asked. Finally, we left our computer for repair. They said they would call in a couple hours when done. Five hours from our initial appointment we called to check the status since we never received a call. While the guy who helped us was friendly enough, he continuously kept reaching up and picking at something on his back, under his shirt. At first I thought he was just scratching something (like popping a zit more like), but he kept doing this the whole time we were talking with him, which was for about 20 mins. This apple store recommends and sells a screen protector from Belkin for an iPhone 13 Pro. Once sold, they instruct you to register the screen at the Belkin website for any warranty claims. The problem is the ultraglass screen protector model SCA027ds is not listed on the Belkin website so it cannot be registered. Any messages left on the Belkin website are not returned. Repeated calls to the company are also not returned. When i went to the apple store to tell them about the problem they said it is not their concern and would not stand behind it. My phone was broken, the screen was popping out and wouldn't work correctly, I walked into the store and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by someone and he asked what was wrong and all I had to do was pull my phone out and he said "right this way". He instantly started taking my information and asked when I first noticed it. I had recently got a new battery installed in my phone and he saw that on my records. He told me that my battery was swollen and he got me a brand new phone for absolutely no cost. We backed my old phone up and switched all the memory and data over to the new phone and I was out of there. Tremendous service. 10/10 read more

Over all good experience. Parking is a consternation and is always lacking. Best to have a friend drop you off. I was greeted by the staff in a friendly manor. They were able to see the problem on my iPhone 6 was a issue with the software. I went home backed everything up a few days latter I made my appointment online at the time that suited my schedule. When I came back they had to erase my phone. Took a few try's but they did. Wiped clean my phone then downloaded and installed the new software. I was out within 20 mins. They were respectful and answered all my questions. Apple gets grief but the in store service is always outstanding. read more

Went in to get a new case. The case was cracked and bent did didnt even have it for a month. The manager said he couldn't replace it because it was bent. This is 100% a defect and is apples fault. I baby my Apple products and have everything in the line, iPad Pro, new Macbook Pro with Touchbar, 2013 Macbook Pro, iPhone 7, etc. and all with AppleCare+. I have been using Mac/Apple products since the original Macbook and iPhone 3gs. When the face detached from my Watch I got on Apple Chat and the guy offered to get me an appointment at the "genius" bar but found none available. He then offered their replacement service which would send a replacement watch within a week or so. I opted to walk in to the Apple Store which a Senior Advisor suggested. Once I went into the Greene (drove for 30 minutes) store I was greeted right away as usual. The tech who helped me was extremely dismissive. He informed me they had no shipping boxes to send my watch in, and therefore could not give me a replacement watch. I explained to him the Senior Advisor sent me there, and allowed him to view my chat transcript. He barely looked at my Watch with the face hanging off. Once he consulted for less than one minute with another advisor he again informed me there was nothing he could do, and he would put in a request for Apple Support to call me so I could ask for a return shipment box. ISN'T THAT HIS JOB???? Frustrated I left and called the Senior Advisor back who had generously emailed all of her information to me. 12 minutes on the phone with her, she profusely apologized, apologized again for the GREENE apple specialist's rudeness...waived the $69 "damage fee" and put in a request to two-day ship a replacement watch. She also stated she will call me back next Saturday to make sure all is well. The Greene and their geek squad have soured me on Apple and I can guarantee my Touchbar MacPro will be the last Apple product I purchase. I prefer the old Mac Depot to this stupid big box robotic store; at least the Depot cared about their customers. The Greene Apple Store...not so much! read more

I preface this review by stating that I am a devoted Apple person and have owned Apple computers since the Apple 2E. I tried to make a Genius Bar reservation on line, but was unable to, so I went to the Greene and stood in line in below freezing weather (Jan. 26, 2022) to make an appointment. A nice young man took all the information and told me my appointment was for the next day at 4:05 p.m. I was delighted. I was asked to arrive 10 minutes early, so I arrived 15 minutes early. After the person outside took me inside, I was told thane told me that he would get someone to wait on me; I waited more than 20 minutes for someone to wait on me. As I sat at the Genius Bar, I watch 3 Apple employees wait on one young lady. I watched another 2, then 3 Apple employees chat among themselves just down the table from me. They totally ignored me and did not even ask if I had been taken care of. I was not aware, until just this day, that Apple paid its employees to talk among themselves completely ignoring patrons. I would like to get that job.Then, I watched as two other customers arrived and were waited on immediately and left. If I had not had an appointment, I wouldn't have minded, but I did. I am incredibly disappointed in this Apple store. I could have made a scene, but I just decided to leave. What a HUGE disappointment.
