He never accepts responsible for his arrogance and poor service and poor quality of work. I hired David several times in the past. The last two times his work was over priced and poorly done. I offered to pay him after he transferred my domains names which he repeatedly delayed doing. Once he transferred the domain he said he didn't want my money and then he shutdown my site during the transfer window of time. As I said, look elsewhere.
