A problem developed in a home theater installed by another company. Their proposed solution was beginning to replace components one by one until the problem went away. After about eight hundred dollars in expenditures and no resolution I asked them to leave. Jeremy came to my house, identified the problem as the amplifier, installed a replacement and was gone within one day.
