We started circling each item "5" indicating we strongly agreed with all the good things listed on the form; then we realized that our whole experience, from top to bottom, was simply outstanding so we put a big circle around the entire "5" column. We could not be more pleased with the beautiful results and our total experience with your team of top flight professionals. We have friends who are incredulous that we would simply give you the keys to the house and leave for 3 months while you overhauled so much of it. We had no reservations whatsoever. You are all great people in whom we had the utmost trust and confidence; and you certainly lived up to that trust and confidence. Indeed, while we were away you made magic happen. What a beautiful job! The kitchen is magnificent. The design, the colors, the granite, the lighting, all combine to make it a thing of beauty and function. The new, wider, and more accessible doors in the master bedroom and laundry room are more like pieces of fine furniture than doors. The new fireplace and redesigned family room give us so much more space and a much cleaner, more open design. The 3D TV and sound system you installed are awesome! Every detail in every area is perfect: the precise miters on the crown moldings; the fit and finish of the cabinets; the tile backsplash; the new lighting and dimmers; the paint and carpeting; the refinished hardwood floors; and I especially appreciated the new threshold Brian installed with a perfectly beveled edge to accommodate my wheelchair. Every detail, no matter how small, was thought of and then completed to perfection. Finally, you kept us up to date and involved through those picture-filled emails, a blog, and even the use of Skype. We felt completely part of the entire project even though we were 2,300 miles away. The words "thank you" seem totally insufficient, but that said, thank you. You have our heartfelt appreciation. We will be happy to serve as a reference for you. And, as you are far more like friends and family than a contractor, we hope to keep in close touch in the years ahead.

I spoke with a…read moreChristine, and it was like all they wanted to know right off the bat was, we take care of everything but you need to know we are expensive, so I hope you have the money for it. All I wanted was a freakin estimate, and they kept b-sing me trying to find if I had the money to afford them. How can I know, unless I get the estimate and you look at my place. It's like a car salesman asking you how your paying for the car before you even test drive it. I have a small ranch style home, very small, and they already were saying like 25k a bathroom. My bathroom is tiny too. So, I could only imagine what half bathroom would be like. I just hate companies that are like this, give customers options and talk to them with respect before jumping three steps ahead. They might do good work but their approach absolutely sucks!

Great experience from start to finish! I have used them twice - once for a rental house, and now…read morefor my primary residence. Ron came out and measured everything, and gave me the various window options. He wasn't overselling anything, and let me make my own decision. Ron also had some really helpful information about lead paint, as we are remodeling an old house. Then, for the install, Keith helped us. He was better than we could have hoped for. He really knew his stuff. We had weird storm windows on the house before, so when he took them off there was an open section that needed to be covered. He cut the new vinyl trim on-site, and fit it all together with our totally-not-level 100 year old house. It makes a world of difference. Keith also showed us how to operate our new windows, because I had never used the tilt-in type of window before. So again, a great experience from start to finish. This is the second time I have used them, but I'm sure it won't be the last!

One of the worst experience I ever had. Schedule a locksmith at 11 to get a tenant out. I called…read morethe number associate with this locksmith number seeing that that they were running late. Keep in mind that a sheriff is waiting for this locksmith in order to get in the property. The number I called referred me to a different person that would come.I was told they will be there in 30 minutes from the first time I called them. I wait 30 minutes and call again to see their update. Well, they say that there are 20-30 minutes out which is different from the earlier update. I called them again 25 minutes later. Guess what... the were again 20-30 minutes out. At that point, the sheriff had to leave and I couldn't wait too much longer anyways. I was told that I would have to go through the eviction process again losing me potentially $1,000 more because of their failure to show up and them constantly delaying their arrival time.
