After a BIG HONKIN' tree fell over onto our roof & did a bit of damage, I was looking for a…read morecontractor to handle the roof/gutter repairs. Our insurance company (USAA) mentioned that Possert was their local contractor-of-choice, so I contacted them. Things couldn't have been much simpler. The Possert guy came by my house, evaluated the needed repairs, and sent me a repair estimate. It wasn't all that hateful (especially since it would be covered by my home-owner's insurance). I told Possert "go ahead & do the repairs", and the magic happened. They repaired my home's roof, and also replaced the crunched gutters/soffets. All the while, there was EXCELLENT communication. We'd used Possert 20+ years ago after a small fire at home. They did a great job. I'd use them again.

They charged me over $3,000 to install three ceiling fans I asked for in addition, and their change orders include all work and stated as "project work", so they made it look like $500 extra, but was in fact $3,000, and only gave me excuses and multiple managers/supervisors. $600 for 3 ceiling box inserts for starters.... and the kicker, they only used two. Not trustworthy at all. Stay far away from them, not what they used to be.

Highly recommend!…read more We've used Rob to both replace our furnace as well as fix the lights in our dining area. What sets him apart from other technichans is that he'll try to see what's wrong and fix it. Vs. recommending you buy a whole new system. Our furnace was broken, and he tried to fix it first by seeing if the issue was with the capacitor. When that didn't work he found out it was the motor. Instead of getting a new motor for our system, which was pretty expensive, he instead suggested we replace the furnace. Only because the cost of a new one was a little bit more than the cost of an motor. Also, the furnace was almost 20 years old. Every time he's come over, he was exactly on time. He is super punctual and always cordial/professional. I would not hesitate to use R3 Electrical and HVAC again. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

They came out quickly and diagnosed my problem and explained what was wrong, a couple ways to fix it, and what they would recommend. They fixed it quickly and efficiently and I was impressed. Since that first visit I've probably done business with Orth Electric 50 times and recommended them just as many. I've had them do light residential to entire house rewires to commercial work. Every single time the job far exceeded my expectations. Robbie Orth, the owner, is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I am so glad we had AC Service come over to give us a second opinion on our central air. In the…read morewinter, we had a furnace replaced by a different company and that went horribly . When the air conditioner didn't work this summer we thought that it was probably something they didn't hook up correctly after replacing the furnace, so we had the old company come back out. They swore it was nothing they had done and that our entire central air system needed replaced and said it was going to cost us over $7000. They gave us a whole laundry list of things that they said were broken. I didn't trust them and thought it had to be something they did since it worked just fine until they replaced the furnace. So I called AC Service company out to give us a second opinion. Jarrod was amazing. It turns out that it wasn't something that the other company did wrong. However, it was a simple fix of replacing the thermostat and now the air-conditioning is working fine!!! That other company was super shady and was going to cost us over $7000 (and based on how slow they were fixing the furnace, wouldn't be done for several weeks). Jarrod of AC service company had it fixed for under $400 the same evening. And he showed us several things that the previous furnace people did that were not up to code and could be downright dangerous. AC service company saved our budget and possibly saved us a major problem next winter. I am so grateful for AC service company and I will be using them from now on! Thank You Jarrod!!!
