They were notified that I had a deadline to submit the quote to my supervisor, which gave them six weeks to complete the quote. A total of nineteen emails were exchanged over five weeks. They strung me along for the five full weeks waiting for a simple four camera quote only to tell me tersely, "I do not think we will be able to assist with this. sorry." That's a quote, including the lowercase s on the sorry. Apparently they can't even be bothered to proof read a one line response. I can deal with it if you can't do the job, but for crying out loud let me know promptly. Don't wait weeks. Now I only have three days to get a quote from some else. Hope the next company I deal with isn't this unprofessional.

When we call to get status or find out what is going on 1 of three things happen 1) We get hung up on and told we are being disrespectful/rude for questioning what is going on 2) we are told they will call us back and never do (we always have to call back days/weeks later) 3) They do not answer and do not respond to the messages. We have asked for them to just replace the unit, they won't. Now there are parts ordered, 1 part arrived to my mom's house. When I called to tell them, I was hung up on and told I was disrespectful for telling him I was baffled they did not have my mom's info. Allegedly, someone is coming out today to install the 1 part that has shown up, but no word on the 2nd part and when it will arrive so it still will not work. So here we are, 5 months and $1200 later, still no working water softener. Save your time, money and energy and go to a company who values your time, provides quality service and treats their customers better.

HES provides a free estimate for the works which include obtaining Warren County permits and working with Duke Energy to coordinate the works, and doing the repairs as necessary. Because the works require the coordination between Duke Electric and Warren County permit, HES must provide their professional works in a timely matter within the Duke and County schedule. Yet HES finished the works as proposed, on time and on budget. We highly recommend HES to our neighbours, friends and families.
