While I am satisfied with the resolution and I thank them for it they should have looked into the history before it came to me having to post this review. They have renewed my overall confidence in their business practices and am willing to write this one up as an isolated bad experience.

Charged $150+ to diagnose a panel, and offered half-a-fix. I was expecting $100 as I stood there and watch them take 5 minute to test if there's any voltage on the breakers. They did literally nothing else. They did not disclose the diagnostic fee before coming out. They offered to replace 2 of the 3 breakers because the other one is a gfci and they don't carry it? How about quote the gfci breaker and go buy it from Home Depot. Why the hell would I want 2/3 of my equipment repaired? Asked for a quote for a panel replacement, and it was about 2000$. They saw the large home and went on their Highway robbery scheme.

Deon also let me know that they were on the way to our home, prior to the appointment time, which to me is a professional way of conducting business!
