Whether a paying patron shipping a package, or simply dropping off an Amazon refund, I always receive exceptional customer service. I once stopped at a different UPS store, as it was on my way running errands, and received far less than even the superficial "professional" customer service one would expect at any business establishment. The Crescent UPS staff have never requested I do their job, and for that I am grateful. The line may get long, but each employee will serve you with courtesy.

Staff told me it was delivered on a Sunday when they're closed. I checked -- it was actually delivered on a Wednesday morning when they were open. After being told to file a claim with the sender I received a text the next day saying my package was there. When I picked it up the owner seemed confused and simply handed it over -- no acknowledgment, no apology, zero accountability. I genuinely wanted this to work. It didn't. Their prices are low for the POBox but not worth the headache. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

When you walk in, you can never expect to get a smile, usually not even a greeting, even when you're standing in line for a while. Always only one employee. Nothing moving quickly or efficiently. This morning I was in line behind someone who looks like they were getting a passport. I waited for what seems like forever before the employee even turned around to say he would be right with me, as his back was to me (and all the customers) the entire time. He had the customer behind the counter, trying to take fingerprints....and apparently she couldn't understand the simple concept of laying her finger flat on the scanner. No surprise here, this idiot customer parked her car right in front of the store taking up one and a half parking spots. Behind the employee was a poor UPS driver with a dolly full of packages just simply waiting to get past him to his truck. Trapped behind the counter with the employee blocking the walk way. He stood there for what seems like forever because this employee couldn't even be courteous enough to take five steps to the right let him pass by. Before this, the employee is having a conversation with this passport customer about how this is his girlfriend's neighbor and what cars are in the driveways and what color houses they are for identifying markers. All while I sat there waiting patiently, a line collecting a line behind me. The woman behind me left her letter and left. I finally took my packages and walked out, super pissed as I write this. Probably should wait until I cool off, but an angry toy he speaks a truthful heart. I waited foreverrrrrrrrrrrr for nothing. This morning was a complete display of lack of consideration, respect and urgency for other people's time. I can't stand this location. But at the end of the day, I know better than to come here.

The office is very nice and professional in appearance. It has a good size waiting area with enough seating for clients, but isn't overwhelming. 4. The space we rented was large, with everything we needed close by and the most beautiful view of all the different trees that surround the area - it made the place relaxing. 5. The staff are professional, very helpful and welcoming. 6. Many options are available to all businesses when renting a space here. Their answering service was my personal favorite and is something we have chosen to continue with. Thank you IO, we enjoyed our time here! She saw a brown girl and that just didn't seem to sit right with her. She almost looked joyous that I could possibly die without my supplies when I told her. The amount of hate and racism in her heart came before her duties as a manger. All because of the color of my skin. There was a white woman in line before me and she was so kind to her I actually thought last time she may have just had a bad day or something but no, she's just another racist woman in Walnut Creek. One of the 2 files was having trouble on their self serve machines and Santa was very kind and helped me and printed it from her computer with the code I was provided by print and go. Plus I just sent the files from my phone. This made my life so much easier. Now that I don't have to deal with a flash drive I'm definitely not buying another printer for home (pain in the @$$). I want to thank Santa so much for her help. She took some.stress.off.mt back.when I need critical documents printed from here on out.
