He quickly went thru numerous diagnostic steps including checking for and installing any updates needing downloading. There were several as none had been installed since I purchased the phone 4 years ago. This took about 30 minutes. Was told they coulndn't fix the problem as my sim card was at fault and I should call my carrier. I called my carrier and it turns out I was simply out of data minutes for the month. Bought more minutes, problem solved. I can't believe they couldn't tell me something so simple but since I wasn't charged a diagnostic fee I not going to complain. The tech was professional throughout, the store was bright and clean and shelves neatly organized with many options to accessorize your devices. All in all the experience was worth 3 stars.

I stopped into Batteries Plus, and the employee told me he had the battery, but not one with a unique plastic top with the terminal wires. He then said he could make one up for me. Since the top was super glued on. He broke off the side pieces on this cover and re-glued the top to the new battery. The employee was knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced in doing this.
