When this problem was going on I had my Mom in the hospital. I was there each day til 8:00 p.m. and when Jeff was finished fixing my computer he brought it to me at the hospital which I thought was amazing. And he didn't charge me extra for bringing it to me. I paid him an extra $10 dollars for doing that and it was worth every penny. There just isn't many stores like this around anymore....if I could give 10 stars I would have. P.S. Jeff also let me have my computer without paying him. It was a Saturday and his shop was closed Sunday. He said it's fine for you to come and pay me Monday. I couldn't believe it...his trust in me.
