I've been using Enterprise for a few years now. I am delighted to have found them after years of struggling with less qualified computer help. Enterprise employees are professionals - real technical experts, but also very nice, helpful and easy to deal with. And their prices are reasonable. The latest problem I brought to them was a corrupted external hard drive. They were able to recover all my files - perhaps not a difficult problem but one I couldn't do myself. Previous problems solved by Enterprise were more complicated but solved just as efficiently and included suggestions about best virus protection. If you use a computer for work but have little knowledge of hardware, you want to find a place you can rely on. Enterprise is that place. read more

I used Enterprise when it seemed like I could not get my laptop started. After an analysis by Enterprise I learned that a certain item was nearly burned out so there was little life left to this critical item needed to log in. It seemed best to get a new laptop and have Enterprise move everything over from my old one. During the time I was awaiting Enterprise to procure a suitable laptop, I cleaned up all the documents and emails and backed up on an external drive all that I could. It turns out that everything went well and I am exceedingly pleased with the outcome. I will not hesitate seeking their help for any other computer problem that I cannot solve. They definitely know all the ins and outs of this electronic system. read more

I wish to thank Enterprise Computer, LLC, the owner, Rich Holton and their staff for all that they have done for me. There are not enough words in the English language to express my sincerest gratitude to this company and these people. I feel that I owe them so much. I could truly never repay them for all that they have done for me. When all hope that my data could be saved was gone, Rich Holton and his team worked endlessly to recover what they could. Thank God for their hard work and dedication to being the best at their jobs because they were able to find my data and restore it with nothing lost. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you've done. I'm so grateful. read more

My experience could not have been better. After I inadvertently permanently (as in gone even from the recycle bin) deleted all my files my desperate phone call was greeted by a calming voice reassuring me that I had not, in fact, done the dumbest thing ever. I was comforted further when I brought the computer in - not only with the news that recovery was possible but also with a realistic description of what I might expect. Rich Holton far exceeded those expectations with prompt, informative phone updates and a miraculously complete recovery - all at very reasonable cost. I will need a new network soon and now I know exactly where to go for it. read more

I recently purchased a refurbished HP Pavillion from Chris, at Enterprise Computer of Clinton. I had Chris troubleshoot my old computer; The hard drive was gone. The entire process was completed within about 24 hours. Chris offered me a fair price for the purchased unit, along with a discount, due to the fact that I am retired military (That, I deeply appreciated). The entire process went smoothly during the present "Stay at Home" order, i.e., COVID-19. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Enterprise Computer. I am an individual who strongly supports local business. Enterprise Computer stands behind their work and the products they sell. read more

The staff at Enterprise Computer are always ready to help. If it's a little problem and they are not busy the person on reception will give advice that often fixes your problem (for me often lack of knowledge!). If it is deemed the computer needs go in for repairs, service is pretty fast and efficient and always "fixes" the problem. They have kept old computers going for me for many years and taught me how to best use a new one. They are terrific! Judy U (note I can't make the star box work but would rate the highest) read more
