Waste of time! I dropped off a laptop for diagnostic on Wednesday. She told me they would call within 24-48 hours to tell me what they found and tell me how much it would cost to fix it. After 48 hours, I called to inquire. A man answered (presumably the owner). He put me on hold for five minutes only to come back on the line and tell me that the technician wasn't there right then and asked if she could call me back at 4:00 to discuss my computer. I asked if I could just come pick it up. He told me, "sure, I'll just have to have the tech put it back together first." I inquired, "it's taken apart?" He answered, "yes, we disassembled it to diagnose it." I knew that was not truthful, as it is not necessary nor customary to take a computer apart to run diagnostics. The call at 4:00 from the technician never came. This morning I called shortly after opening at 9:00. The tech read to me from the intake form the problems that I reported the computer was having. Right. So, what's the diagnosis? "That's just what we have here on the form. We'd need to run diagnostics in order to find out what's wrong." Ha! So, if sat there for three days and nobody ever touched it or looked at it! I picked it up, having wasted three days and two trips to Clinton. Don't waste your time! read more

Call them, they never called back. Spent money with them, they built a computer for me. Computer was good. Later hade trouble with my Samsung 32" monitor took it to them told me to put it on the porch on top of what was a very shaky table. Wind blew it over breaking it. Said they would replace it with one as good as the Samsung. Gave me a Philips worth $200 said it was equal value. Dumb me I believed them. Checked and the Philips was $200, Samsun had cost me $450. $450.00 - 4 trips to Clinton CT and countless hours of my time. Not to mention the time I did not have with my MAC Book. Now again its broken. Not only does it have the same issue its in worse condition than it was before. I would not give this place a good reference if they paid me to. They have horrible customer service. From the people who work the front desk all the way up to their management. I work for a company that goes above and beyond for our customers. It's a shame that companies like this exist. This company should be embarrassed. They will not get another dollar out of me or the company I work for. They offered me a trade in value of $150.00 for the computer because "They Felt Bad". It costs 2500.00 to replace this type of MAC. After spending 450.00 I would not expect the computer to have the same issue or be even worse than it was before. read more

Some time ago I had a enterprise computer representative come to my house because I had lost Safari. After fooling around with two discs he said that he would have to go to clinton to get the proper discs for re-installing safari, He charged me for the travel time. Safari was re-installed at the price of $357.00 I found out days later that safari was in the finder I only had to go into the finder to retrieve it.
