We began using Build Your Firm in 2008 before we knew how to do marketing correct. Prior to that we only advertised. Hugh and his team got our firm on the right path to growth by targeting clients we wanted to work with and not just anyone who requested service. Years later and our investment with Build Your Firm is still paying dividends! read more

A CPA's Dream Team - Thoughtful, Strategic, and Seamlessly Executed Working with Build Your Firm was more than launching a website--it was a full-circle branding experience that brought ClearSky CPA to life with clarity, creativity, and purpose. From the very start, Hugh Duffy was a trusted guide. He helped me choose the right firm name, offered strategic advice on SEO, phone handling, and even domain selection. His involvement didn't stop after the kickoff--he continued to check in, give honest feedback, and elevate every step of the process. Gabe Gil took my preferences--down to layout references, visual samples, and industry certification badges--and delivered a clean, client-ready site that aligned with my vision. He was patient, responsive, and delivered exactly what I needed without overcomplicating anything. Vanessa Lambert led the logo design and branding process with incredible grace. We went through several thoughtful iterations, and she took the time to refine every detail--from colors and fonts to imagery and tagline placement. Her professionalism and patience made the creative process a joy. Ashlinn Virgulto stepped in as content and marketing support. She guided the Google Business setup, made sure everything was optimized properly, and is now helping with the launch of a thoughtful review campaign. She's clear, organized, and generous with her time and insights. Karen tied up the project with professionalism and care, ensuring the launch went smoothly. And through it all, the team never made me feel like a number--they treated me like a partner building something that mattered. If you're a tax strategist, advisor, or firm owner ready to take your online presence seriously, I can't recommend Build Your Firm highly enough. They don't just build websites. They build brands that convert and grow. read more

It was fantastic working with the team at BYF. My initial contact with Nita helped me learn exactly what BYF provides to their customers. She explained their different packages very clearly and emailed me detailed information about their services. I worked with Randy on my website and he had great ideas that will help gain a ton of exposure to my website. All of his deadlines were met and his response time is quick. He's definitely an expert when it comes to website building, security, and SEO. I'm so happy with the way my website looks and I know it was a great decision to invest in BYF services. Are you a CPA who needs a website? Look no further. I went into practice with a unique niche and I was pursuing a market that was untested. The constant worry about pursuing the unknown troubled me deeply. Many nails were bitten, many coffees consumed. I was pretty nervous to say the least. I brought my odd idea to BYF and they did some research. They calmly assured me that this was something folks were looking for and they even extended their money back guarantee to my unique custom website needs. Then I began the lengthy endeavor of being the most pedantic, detail scrutinizing, undecided, change endorsing, critical client ever - otherwise known as a PITA! I consumed a lot of their time. I requested many revisions. I never tried to make their lives easy. Honestly, I expected some hidden fee for all this extra time I spent of theirs. No hidden fee ever arrived. Their efforts and that value they created, when weighed in comparison to their total cost, is ultimately a remarkable bargain. Their output product is of premium quality for the price point and they have earned my unconditional confidence. Needless to say, many nails grew back, less coffee was consumed. I began to relax. But wait... there's more! Suddenly, one day not too long after the sites launch, this wonderful website they made started creating leads to my target audience. Serious, top-line valued added leads precisely as my firm needed. Folks said "I found you on the internet!" Relaxation led to excitement. Excitement led to the realization that they are worth every penny. Now, panic again ensues as I have to decide how to add so many additional staff! Thank you BYF for giving me such a blessed problem to consider. Grow your CPA practice with Build Your Firm. Too easy! read more

From initial contact down to the verification of making sure my contact/consultation form was successful was handled with care. BYF has went the extra mile for my firm and for that, they will forever have my business. Thank you for everything A.R. and team. - M.B. at AP1 read more
