Let me sing the praises of Sarah and Wholesale Cabinets!…read more I first came across this place in 2010, when I needed to re-do the ugly master bath. Sarah came back with a nicer design and lower price (by a good 20%) than the two other places I checked out, and from then on I was hooked. A few years later, we re-did the kitchen, and we went straight back to Sarah. She worked her butt off, drawing and re-drawing and re-re-drawing until it was just right. She listened to what we had to say -- and I mean, REALLY listened -- and used her experience and wonderful eye for design to come up with a kitchen that really worked. Her ideas were always spot-on, things that I never would have thought of on my own, but that once the kitchen was done, I couldn't imagine not having. Vertical tray dividers above the wall oven for my sheet pans? Frickin' brilliant! Oh, and of course the price was fantastic. I took her design to another place for a sanity check, and they came back thousands higher -- and that's without investing all that time in the design process! And then we moved, relocation for work, and recently bought an antique house here in Vermont. I knew even before the closing that I'd have Sarah do my kitchen again, and let me tell you, she has come through again, even better than last time, if such a thing is possible. And when my builder looked at her final designs, he said that if he had made the same thing in his workshop, it would have cost at least 30% more. Sarah, you are the best. THE BEST!

Sadly, this company has turned out to be less than one star quality. They did try to help correct…read moretheir unusable digitization work. However, after we spent hours helping them to correct the significant problems, we had to consult an experienced archivist for his opinion. He concluded the work would never be of high enough quality to be usable. As Charter Oak states that satisfaction is guaranteed, we asked for a refund. Instead of working with us or coming to any kind of agreement, the owner of the company has completely ignored emails and written correspondence. Now we have to take a route that we certainly never wanted to take.
