GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I hired them to deep clean an empty apartment. They came out for 4 hours and it…read morewas still dirty. I sent pictures back in which they said the apartment was "clearly not up to their standards" and they would "definitely have to come back and fix it." I was told "don't worry about the invoice we sent, we'll send a new one after you're 100% satisfied and we'll add a discount for the inconvenience." Well, the team came back and spent 2 hours cleaning. I wouldn't say I'm over the moon with the results but it was good enough. To my surprise, I received an invoice for 7 total hours of cleaning at a 25% discount. So, not only did they acknowledge that the original team did not do a sufficient job, but they charged me to fix it AND charged me an extra hour. Absolutely appalling. I was "spoiling" myself by not cleaning an apartment after a tenant moved out only to be charged $700 (with a discount!). For reference, the apartment is 600 sq ft and the pictures included are after 4 hours of "deep" cleaning by 2 individuals.

Zero integrity. They quoted me $150 per week to clean common areas at a little hotel. I agreed…read more I then got a bill for $458! She said the first time is always more. I drove 3 hours to see what this "crew" had done. I had specifically asked for the light fixtures to be cleaned. This "crew" never even touched one light fixture. Dead bugs and cob webs. One of the shower ceilings was all mildewed. She called this a "deep clean." We have cameras everywhere, so I watched the video. The "crew" was one woman. She did clean floors and countertops, but that's it. I questioned the $458 bill and was told she had emailed that pricing it to me in advance. I don't have it and she says she can't forward it because she uses an "app," whatever that means. As she did do some work, I asked for her name and address so I could send the agreed upon $150. (She asked for my credit card number, but I insisted on sending a check, as I had lost trust.) She then told me my invoice had been "cancelled." Refused to divulge her identity. She then told me it was clear to her that my intent was never to pay for her services!! My husband and I own 9 small businesses. Mary's cleaning service is the only cleaning service we will ever use again. I cannot express how…read moreflexible, adaptable, and KIND they are to work with. Michael (owner) texted me at 8PM his time to set up a last minute deep clean of a rental property we have within the same week. It had been several years since anyone had properly cleaned it. It looked like a different home. We cannot describe how hard they worked (on the hottest day of the year so far, with no A/C). Not only did they help us with that in June, but at our other rental property in July they did an amazing job helping us get ready for new tenants. Michael was just as easy to work with (and again, was very available even with one week notice) and Mary was there leading the charge on the deep clean. If hyper-local, family owned, good people, and dependable is what you are looking for--then you do not need to look anywhere else. As a note, we live full time in California and can always count on Mary's Cleaning!!!
