He and his team were clean, kind and thorough. They put everything back and installed perfectly straight wallplates. They even cleaned up all the wires and organized my electrical closet and made it look nice. They didn't have to do that, but it was a very pleasant surprise to see it! The tech would have left if I didn't agree to the costs, and I would be stuck with the service charge regardless, so I had to sign 3) after they arrived and performed a diagnosis, the total quote was twice as expensive as online quotes, but at that point I was stuck with the service charge regardless so again I felt I had to sign. 4) the part/repair failed at 100 days out. Their warranty was for only 90 days. When I inquired about any flexibility given how close we were, I was told they could only give a 5 day grace. So, I'm out $400 bucks that would have been better spent towards a new machine. Would not recommend.
