I stopped into Batteries Plus, and the employee told me he had the battery, but not one with a unique plastic top with the terminal wires. He then said he could make one up for me. Since the top was super glued on. He broke off the side pieces on this cover and re-glued the top to the new battery. The employee was knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced in doing this. He also went above and beyond in giving me great customer service.

There were several as none had been installed since I purchased the phone 4 years ago. This took about 30 minutes. Was told they coulndn't fix the problem as my sim card was at fault and I should call my carrier. I called my carrier and it turns out I was simply out of data minutes for the month. Bought more minutes, problem solved. I can't believe they couldn't tell me something so simple but since I wasn't charged a diagnostic fee I not going to complain. Older model phones are sold at extremely high prices. And, lie about Samsung phones to decrease their inventory of older models. They also charge $49.99 for transferring data from an old phone to a new phone, which the legitimate Verizon DOES NOT charge for. One restocking fee was quoted twice and then charged a higher amount when the phone is returned. Sales person was not that knowledgeable and needed assistance frequently. Legitimate, corporate Verizons are located in Milford and North Haven. They are helpful, professional, and have free or more reasonable prices. This place is a wolf in sheep's clothing!
