Absolutely loved this super cute venue in Phoenix! We hosted our September VYP Board event, 'Meet, Mingle, and Move,' and it was such a beautiful spot. The owners are so sweet, and they just celebrated The Teapot's 10th anniversary! Aside from the heat, everyone really enjoyed the space. Parking is limited out front, typical for the Phoenix area, but nothing out of the ordinary. My only tiny wish was that the outdoor misters worked given our event was outside and it was quite hot, but honestly, that's just a small note in an otherwise wonderful experience!

Overall, we had a good experience. The layout and the space was great and it didn't feel claustrophobic. You can move the picnic style tables around any way you want. There are 11 tables. There are also folding tables you can utilize for a gift table, dessert table and food table. There is a storage lIke shed in the back for kids to play with toys and other kid friendly accommodation's. There are multiple add ons and things you can purchase, depends on your needs. There is a staff on duty at all times and your can order coffee or alcohol or you can pre purchase for your guest. You cannot bring your own alcohol. You can bring your own food and decor if you wish. There were some things I thought were a bit excessive price wish and I felt should have been included in your price, but the owner did meet us half way. Also, please keep in mind that your decorating and take down time cuts into your total reservation time. So if you have the place for 5 hours and your event starts at 1p you can't start decorating until 1p so maybe start your event and hour later and end 30 min - an hour early unfortunately. I felt there are some things that would benefit being adjusted for the amount you pay for a space and for added value to the customer and to keep them coming back. I do recommend this space and I would rent again.

Beautiful! Went for a baby shower. Small cute space inside with large back space great for small parties. It was prefect for an intimate get together. Staff is also very nice and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

This venue was perfect for our engagement party celebration. The staff was very accommodating and polite through the entire planning process and day of event. 10/10 recommend hosting an event at the Teapot!

We had such a beautiful wedding here and the price was very affordable for the area. I'm so happy we chose this venue

We absolutely loved having our wedding at The Teapot. The venue itself is quaint, intimate, and full of charm. Truly the perfect setting for our perfect day. Jonathan and the entire staff were incredibly attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of exactly as we envisioned. Their support, responsiveness, and willingness to accommodate every request made the experience effortless and unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our special moment.

We hosted a baby sprinkle here and had an amazing time. The venue is so cute and the hosts were so accommodating and nice. The food was delicious, decor was amazing, and we were able to add our own touches as well. Everything went seamless and setting everything up was so easy. I can't wait to have another event here in the future

Every other experience here has been great no complaints, however this last visit was odd. We had an odd interaction with the valet attendant so I wanted to provide feedback to management and I approached a woman and she identified herself as a manager, later to find out her name was Phoebe, while I was speaking Phoebe was holding laughter back. She was laughing at me while I was talking. I was so appalled I had to walk away so I didn't embarrass myself by getting loud bc it was just so inappropriate and RUDE. Now let's get to the room, it appeared clean but then we realized that it wasn't, like maybe it wasn't flipped over completely by the housekeeper, the bed appeared cleaned and made but when we climbed in after our dinner and drinks there was sand in it. We had to sleep on the towels from the bathroom because it was too late to ask them for a new room. The next morning I called for clean extra towels and they never arrived. The blow dryer offered by the hotel is a Whisper 1200, I mean Hyatt come on every other hotel brand has upgraded to a normal size dryer.... Now let's talk about how the outlet in the bathroom didn't even work so we couldn't get ready for our brunch at the hotel because the dryer only worked by the lamp and there was no mirror except in the bathroom. We mentioned to the clerk at the front desk later what happened and they didn't seem to mind that we're inconvenienced. A manager appeared to be standing near the young check out clerk but she pretended to look busy so as not to have to engage, not sure. The whole stay was odd. Except the B&B bartender who was really nice and they had a great guitar player in the outdoor bar. We enjoyed that part. Oh and the Compass Room meal was 10/10! 5 Stars! We loved it!
