This venue is a absolutely amazing! Beautiful gardens and courtyards! Many choices in decor. Great layout and ample parking. The coordinator and staff are wonderfully to work with and have many ideas and suggestions for all budgets. I will definitely have another event here is the future.

Where do we start! Lyndsay was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! The property is stunning, the outdoor space was so beautiful! Great patio spaces for cocktail hour and beautiful ballroom for your event. The staff was phenomenal Happy, Alex and Eric we can't say enough about them. They were attentive, accommodating, and just lovely from set up to tear down! Our day was perfect largely due to their efforts. We would highly recommend The Legacy Ballroom to host your special events! Les and Dawn Lovett

We celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary it was one of is the most amazing party we have ever thrown, with our favorite people witnessing our commitment to the love of your life and party with us to make a memorable evening. We Enjoyed every single moment of our celebration! All of this was made possible by great planning and paying attention to our needs and looking after our guests by legacy's ball room team and specially Lyndsay! We have nothing but praise for this place and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to celebrate an occasion.

I played the violin at a beautiful cocktail hour here and absolutely loved this venue. The staff is so incredibly accommodating and it's a beautiful space for any type of ceremony. So happy to have been a part of the wedding and can't wait to come back!

I can't stress how much my wife and I LOVED working with Lyndsay at Legacy! Our wedding was on December 9 and we just did a private ceremony on our own, but had the reception for 152 guests at Legacy. We first booked the venue about 15 months out from our wedding and Lyndsay was great the whole way. My wife and I didn't have any life long dreams of what our wedding would look like, and it's hard for us to make decisions - Lyndsay helped cater to our personalities perfectly. She gave great suggestions once we found some great inspiration pics and we ran with it. She had great vendor suggestions that fit to our budget. Lyndsay really gave us her full attention throughout this time too - if you mention something in passing or have a small idea that you didn't even really flesh out a vision for... she'll hear it and come back with a handful of options or vendors to go with to achieve your dream wedding. The Legacy Ballroom is also a great choice for the simple fact that you can customize so much. We hung paper lanterns from the ceiling (no resort we toured said we could hang stuff). We picked an outside caterer and they worked perfectly with the venue. The ballroom photographs so well too, we absolutely loved the final look. The front courtyard area was perfect for cocktail hour. The back courtyard area was a great space for the photo booth. You can bring your own alcohol for the bar... great $$$ saver. You'll even be pleased with the bathrooms here too.. nicer than the Ritz-Carlton. We would highly recommend looking into The Legacy Ballroom for any event you're hosting. You'd be foolish not to!

If I could give more stars, I would. Thank you for hosting the best night of our life! We couldn't have chosen a better venue to celebrate with our people.

If you are contemplating a venue for your special day, look no further you found it here at The Legacy Ballroom! I cannot express enough how ABOVE AND BEYOND and amazing Lyndsey, Dorothy, and the team were for our wedding! From the very beginning Lyndsey felt like family helping my mother and I plan every last detail and was always there for us anytime we needed her! And TRUST ME we NEEDED HER!!! She never once made us feel like we were too much when I know for a fact I (the bride) was definitely too much at times but she always brought me back to earth and helped us plan my dream wedding! No detail was too small or too big for Lyndsey to handle. And when it comes to YOUR vision Lyndsey literally sees it and makes your dreams come true! My family and I are extremely grateful and blessed for Lyndsey and the venue at The Legacy Ballroom! So as I said, YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE!! Planning a wedding will always be stressful but believe me, it becomes absolutely worth it! Have not been able to stop staring at our pictures since!

Had the most amazing experience! Everyone is so kind and helpful and the hall is exquisite!! I did a baptismal party in the Legacy ballroom and everything exceeded my expectations. Food was incredible (magic touch catering), the decor and center pieces were elegant, Lyndsay, the event coordinator there, was always there to help. I would definitely recommend this place to do any and all events!

We held a wedding reception for our son and daughter-in-law at Legacy Ballroom in November 2021. Lyndsay was wonderful to work with. She made our whole experience from start to finish smooth and easy. She was very accommodating and a great communicator. The facility is beautiful; we utilized the huge front paved travertine patio for cocktail hour and a place for the guests to gather during the night for some of our great Arizona weather, and the back turf patio for some lawn games. The ballroom accommodated all of the dinner tables and huge dance floor. This venue allows as much DIY as you want, or they will handle part or all of it all for you. They have a lot of decorations and tableware to use or you can bring your own. We brought in food trucks and bought our own alcohol. Lyndsay had so many great ideas for decorating, food, and entertainment and shared many resources for vendors. The night-of coordinators, Jennifer and Martha, worked tirelessly to make sure our event was a great success, with smiles on their faces the whole night. The wait staff and bartenders were exceptional. We had many guests comment on what a beautiful venue we chose. (They also have a beautiful spot outside for a ceremony, but the bride and groom were married in Colorado earlier in the year.) We would highly recommend Legacy for your event!

We had our henna party at legacy ballroom and it was a total hit! Lyndsay made the process extremely easy by helping us arrange our catered food, bartenders, dessert tables etc. A great bonus about this place is you can use a lot of their decor. Plus, our day of coordinator Nada was sooo helpful and delightful to work with. Our decorator Lina Jaber connected us to the legacy ballroom and I couldn't be more grateful!!!

Riser and backdrop with podium. Dance floor. Video screen comes from ceiling so everyone had a great view of the slideshow video.

We had to find a larger venue for our end of season cheer banquet and Legacy Ballroom was there to fill every one of our needs. The "standard" decor was anything but standard. It was so beautiful, lighted backdrop, nice tablecloths, center pieces were perfect. Lyndsay and her staff made it so I didn't have to worry about anything. Her staff was so accommodating on the day of our event and helped calm my nerves. I'm so happy we found this venue. We had about 150 attendees, and we all sat comfortably in rounds of 8 and 10. Audio visual was great too. Just an easy venue to work with!

We opted for the all in package where Boojum coordinated with their preferred venders to handle about 90% of the arrangements and for a VERY reasonable price. Everyone brought their A game!! Food was delicious, music was fantastic (even with a last minute DJ swap due to an emergency), and the grounds were stunning! They did everything right. Multiple beautiful backdrops available for the big day. We chose the grand fountain but soooo many other great options. Even the little things. Everyone warned us how hard it is to eat on your wedding day but as soon as we left the ceremony area to the backstage, there was a waiter for my wife and I along with the bridal party with appetizers and drink orders. But if your focus is the best possible experience for your guests and yourselves, Boojum is by far the way to go!! These guys throw an EPIC wedding and party!!!

If you haven't been there, then you definitely need to pay it a visit. However, for a wedding venue, it was a bit odd. Maybe this was the fault of the coordinator? First the good things! The customer service really was great! The staff managing the bar area were super friendly and great to talk to at every visit! The food served was delicious, no complaints at all! The decor and aesthetics were wonderful for the venue and the Arizona area. The area in the main part of the venue, were the ceremony took place was lovely and shaded. There was a fountain and surrounded by lovely trees and structures. As with all venues, hosting a wedding with a cash or cash-less bar, this venue fell into the same issue. The alcohol not in bottles or cans just had to be watered down. There is no possible way our friends and myself had as many vodka mixed drinks, we are talking about over 10 or 11 at least for myself, and never even got a buzz. This seemed to be the consensus. The other issue was just the layout. The covered area / enclosed structure where the dinner took place was large and spacious. It was decorated with plants and man made areas that were lovely and it kept everyone together, socializing, and simply having fun. When that was done we were moved to an area behind the bar/sitting structure for live DJ and dance floor. This was simply counter productive to encouraging that togetherness and partying. instead it had various separate and distinct fire pits with covered areas and seating around each one. This pretty much cause the wedding party to all separate into their own clicks and neither one really interacting unless you were directly related/known to them some how. The dance floor was a raised gazebo area, which was lovely. However, from where some of the fire pits were, you had no view of who was dancing or if anyone was dancing. The DJ played a great playlist but she could have been definitely more interactive.

My daughter (almost 2) had fun for one visit, but I'm really glad we tried a single session first. For context, we also have memberships to Musicology, gymnastics, and ballet, so we're familiar with what children's activities in the area typically cost. At $30 per play session, I expected a higher-quality experience. Unfortunately, many of the toys looked quite worn and could use replacing, and I could see my daughter getting bored after a few visits because there wasn't as much variety as I expected. I was also disappointed by the cleanliness. There were visible splatter marks on the play area windows, some dusty surfaces, and several children were coughing throughout the space. While I understand kids get sick, cleanliness is especially important in an indoor play environment. One other thing that concerned me was that parents were leaving drinks from the café on the children's tables inside the play area. My daughter almost grabbed someone's drink multiple times. It seems like there should be designated areas for adult beverages to help keep the play space safer for little ones. Overall, I think the concept is great, and I hope they continue to invest in maintaining and refreshing the space. For the current price, though, I personally didn't feel it offered enough value to justify a membership.

There was a wedding party in the large restaurant area that we passed on the way to our table in a separate area. The table was set with care and the rose petals were such a thoughtful touch! As a European I was pleasantly surprised by a small velvet covered stool, placed by my side, for my purse: these touches made the evening even more memorable. No rushing to seat more people or a check arriving while still deciding if something else was going to be ordered. I do enjoy a real meal in a real restaurant, with table linens, linen napkins, the proper glasses, the good silverware. Nick was taking care of our table and was very attentive to anything we may have needed. The cocktails we had were the " Ready, Fire, Aim" with rye whiskey, Drambuie, St Remy and bitters, and the "Dr Vincent's Penicillin" with scotch, lemon, honey, ginger and Laphroaig spritz: both were delicious. For the meal I had the Risotto made with Carnaroli rice, oyster mushrooms, truffle and asparagus; for me the risotto was just a bit over but it was creamy and all of it eaten! The Scallop Ceviche was fabulous, thinly sliced served with auicos, sliced jalapeño, leche de tigre : my chile allergy wouldn't let me taste this dish, but my partner ate it all so definitely good :) The main course consisted of the prime Filet for me, cooked perfectly!! to my medium-rare with emphasis on rare, served on pommes purée and enjoyed to the last bite; the other order was for the dry smoked Branzino (sea bass) with olive tapenade, artichoke and tomato: the fish was so moist and tasty, the skin crispy, and was presented beautifully. For dessert we shared the "Milk and Honey" which is a twist on panna cotta with brown buttercream and honeycomb. With dessert I had my usual after dinner espresso with a shot Sambuca to go with it. Thank you Nick for taking such good care of us. A perfect meal and ambiance for a special night
