Nice people working in this hotel, very accommodating. The breakfast included a wide variety of foods including healthy options. The room itself was in great disrepair. The refrigerator made noises all night and the thermostat did not appear to be working as it was set to 72 degrees and felt like 60. The bathroom was filthy. Greasy bath tub and the drain was plugged. The toilet had pink mold in it and didn't flush without holding down the handle. The shower curtain needed washing. The carpet between the two beds was torn. I didn't book the room, my friend did but at $240 a night we would've been better off at Motel 6.

Stayed here last night 19 December 2021. Got to my room very late. Pulled back the bed sheets to get in bed and.. the sheets had blood stains. I did inform the manager and the sheets got changed. However, this is totally unacceptable housekeeping. I don't recommend staying here

As a member, I wasn't happy that I had to pay for unsecured parking. There was broken furniture in the room.

I think it's the juxtaposition of the old historic houses against the rising modern skyline to the west. Or maybe it's the ethnic and cultural festivals galore, where I can catch sumo wrestling or hula dancers. Or perhaps it's the fact that it's a walkable city block and also host to the Arizona Science Center, Phoenix Museum of History and other historical houses or great restaurants like Pizzeria Bianco. It might be a combination of all of those things. I have spent many weekends here, too many to count. While I dig the ethnic festivals in particular (just went to the Indian festival the other day) - it's also host to the Rainbows Festival, which celebrates the GLBT community and diversity and is one of the largest street festivals in Phoenix. I am diggin on you, Heritage Square. Werd!

Heritage Square is home to some preserved 19th and 20th century homes, museums and restaurants. The Rosson House is a beautiful restored 1895 Queen Anne Victorian house that was once home to early settlers in Phoenix. Heritage Square also hosts many food and cultural festivals. There is a large garage nearby for parking and ASU has a small campus next door. The Arizona Science Center is the building that stands out the most here at Historic Heritage Square. I have gone to it a couple of times and have enjoyed my time there. Arizona's most iconic restaurant Pizzeria Bianco by James Beard Award-winner Chris Bianco is also here. It can be a very long wait to get a table and has been visited by many celebrates like Jerry Seinfeld and Jimmy Fallon over the years. Sometimes I will park near Heritage Square while going to a baseball game and like to enjoy its relaxing peaceful atmosphere before the game. There are some shaded areas to take cover on warm sunny days.

Everything is about this hotel is top-notch. The beds are super comfy. The rooms themselves must be soundproofed; I thankfully couldn't hear a peep from any room around me. The bathrooms are nice and big, plenty of towels for a weekend stay. Overall the staff is super friendly and extremely accommodating. I will gladly stay here again next time I see the Diamondbacks play the Sox.

It's a beautiful design in there, kind of industrial and neat brewery fixtures. Spacious and opens up to the outside. This hotel is super convenient. Within 2 blocks, you can visit Blanco for margaritas, Arrogant Butcher for giant shrimp cocktail, Suns and Diamondbacks game is right there. Also within couple blocks is Cartel coffee. Hyatt does have coffee barista at the market but I don't know what kind. Starbucks around the corner too as well as Phx convention center and Phx symphony. Hyatt has a nice pool w lots of chairs and space to chill. There was a neat festival going on when I was there. Outside the side door by their market.
