We threw a Halloween party & i was looking for a vendor that had the trendy 360 camera. It was the highlight of the party. It got people up, dancing, laughing & excited. It was super easy to just type in your # and the link of the video was instantly sent to the guest. I worked with jackie & expressed my visions. She was helpful & easy to speak with. I even wanted some balllon decor & they offered that as well! Ruby came a few days before the party & set up the balloons. They turned out super cute. Ruby's energy was great. Very personable & truly a great person. Ruby returned the day of the party for set up. Patty also came to help with the 360. Having them both work the "station" was so helpful. They were kind to my guests & had great energy to keep everything moving smoothly and kept everything organized. To say we loved Pink Sky is an understatement. They arrived at perfect time to set up the equipment in the reception hall and were so helpful during the photo taking process. The two attendants that we had to assist with professional and had AMAZING customer service the whole evening. We had a lot of children at the wedding and they were so patient with them. I spent a lot of time researching, messaging and coordinating with photo booth companies. This business was the best priced (most reasonable), communicative, pleasant and accommodating. We changed some things around before the event and they were more than willing to make that change (background swap and layout change). The pricing is superb & the service is unbeatable. The owner of the company showed up to install the photo booth (note super punctual and professional), her staff were so kind and FUN! They encouraged participants to have fun and utilize their service. I really like that this is both a party favor (people take home photos), a way to commemorate the evening, a gift for the couple (scrapbook with the photos) AND entertainment. The latter aspect of using a photo booth requires the staff to be outgoing, friendly, & encouraging. They were that and more. They found a way to engage and encourage guests from the age of 3-85 years old all having a great time. We did an upgraded package which included an inflatable LED Photo Booth, a album that people could put their printed photos in and sign, everyone got high quality envelopes and could print as many photos as they wanted... and they did a video guestbook for us!! They also had an option to make boomerangs in the booth which was really cool. Everyone at our wedding absolutely loved it!! They were talking about it for days. Book Pink Sky now. Do it. Just do it now. I was super on the fence about whether or not I wanted a photo booth at my black tie wedding, but it was my fiancée's wish, so we got the photo booth. And I am so glad that we did!!! It was such a blast with everyone (young guests, grandparents, etc) and the black/white photos really worked well with my black tie theme. It was so appropriate, but made it so much more fun. I also love that you can customize the font in the corner, so we were able to add a little logo we had been using throughout the wedding (on menus, invites, etc) so that also helped to tie it all together! The photobooth attendants were so nice and helpful and patient taking unlimited photos. Cannot emphasize enough how awesome these gals were throughout the entire process!!! Where do I begin?! We had our original photobooth cancel on us so I was searching high and low for another one just weeks before our wedding. I stumbled upon Pink Sky Photobooth on Facebook and I just knew they were the one. They were able to accommodate our date on such short notice. Jessica was a dream to work with. Not only was her communication ridiculously professional but so was their website. Nearly every photobooth website I look at appeared to be something from the early 2000s - not Pink Sky's. It was incredibly user friendly and the graphic design was fantastic. Jessica also dealt with my high maintenance self and created a photo strip template custom to our wedding! Her employees quietly arrived at our wedding and set up their booth. When I say the photobooth was a hit... this would be an understatement. People were there all night long. The two woman running it were the sweetest and most patient people ever. They helped my grandma and aunt up and down (our venue had the photobooth set up on a concrete slab) to the booth each time. They thoroughly explained how the booth worked each time somebody new was using it. You know it's a good company when not only you had a great experience but you had guests coming up to you about how amazing they were and how did I find them? I wish I could give Pink Sky Photobooth 100/5 stars. I hired AZ Pink Sky for my daughters Bat Mitzvah. At first, professional during contracting process, but when it came to detailing my event, there was lack of assistance picking out what I needed. Day of the event, they did not have the back drop I rented and arrived 1 hour into the event, so majority of the pictures taken didn't have backdrop at the photo booth. The other back drop I rented was set up crooked and sloppy behind the DJ, I had to photoshop all the DJ pictures cropping the crooked backdrop. I also ordered a scrapbook to be made at the event and when we looked at it later that night after the event, some of the photo pages were upside down, majority of the pictures, the top of people's heads was cut off. very few stickers and only a few guests wrote in the memorable scrapbook. Also, I ordered specific Bat Mitzvah signs that were not put out in beginning of the event, I noticed this during the event and they "found them" in a box under the table. In addition, ordered specific stickers for the scrapbook and only received teeny tiny stickers randomly (about 10) in the scrapbook. To top it off, I later found out the person managing the scrapbook was the 15-year-old daughter of the lady manning the photo booth, I paid for unlimited photo booth pictures and only received about 80 pictures for a 4-hour event. When I addressed my issues with Jessica Baker, the owner, she was defensive and took her staff side over mine. I have been in the event/meeting planning business for over 20 years and tried this company as I like to try new vendors to use for future events and recommend. Jessica is very unprofessional on how she handles issues that accrued with services paid for and staff issues. It is not that I was asking to be refunded at first, just wanted to address the issues, and see how she would handle the service recovery. I had to follow up a few weeks later to see if she had resolved my issues, Jessica didn't feel there were major issues to be resolved or refunded. But instead made to feel like I was just complaining to complain. On top of it my child was so upset about the scrapbook, I had to pay additional monies to have a new one made. That is when I asked for refund for the issues and insisted my gallery be removed from all of their social media outlets. In response to my issues, I was only credited $50 for one of the back drops and nothing else. Very disappointing and will never recommend this company. There are many more photo booth companies that are professional and take responsibility for the services that had issues. read more
