We arrived here around 12:30pm, I anticipated a wait due to the holiday (Juneteenth). We were told no more than 20 mins. We do notice two empty tables outside but understood that maybe they don't want to seat people and overwhelm the kitchen. After about 10 mins of waiting we're offered one of the tables that had been empty. (Which were outside). No menus given but we noticed the QR codes. Guy comes by and drops off cups w ice and a carat of water. Waiting... waiting.... Finally another server comes and asks if we'd like to order drinks. Yes, and our meals bc we've been sitting here for quite some time. We get our coffees and there's a lot of grinds at the bottom of the cups, server switches it out. We finally get our food and two of the three meals were not hot, not even warm. But we're hungry and eat but when the server checks in my sister says "honestly for as long as we waited we would've expected hotter food, these two (egg dishes) are cold." He apologizes and says he'll let the manager know. The manager, who I can only assume is Lisa (based on the responses I'm seeing here on Yelp) came out and said I hear the food is cold? And was very aggressive right off the bat. Saying everything comes right out of the kitchen and to the table, we don't have heat lamps. Offers to "reheat" the food (but how, the microwave?) we're already half way thru the dishes as we had waited a long time. My sister tried to express that after waiting for a table, service and grounds in the coffee that this was disappointing - the manager interjects w "well did you tell him did he give you a new one" She does NOT take criticism very well, she's abrasive and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. She then came out (after I assume finding out the whole story and how long we had been there) she said she would take the two items off the bill, which we weren't gunning for. As we just gave honest feedback when asked how everything was. We then noticed her come and check in on the other tables outside bc people who got there well after us also got their food at the same time... lovely place for brunch -- walked in and was able to get seated fairly quickly since we were okay sitting at the bar. very well put together and cute decor (bonus points for a clean bathroom stocked with everything from lotion to hair ties), lots of arm room and comfortable plush chairs at the bar which is always a plus. food and drink was wonderful. i opted for the matcha waffles after being stuck on wanting everything on the menu -- was delicious, finished the whole thing without having the usual mid-brunch regret i can get ordering something on the sweeter end. my boyfriend had the strawberry shortcake french toast which was also delightful. i also got the iced coffee flight -- loved it, there was nice variety in each sample (all four were pleasant) and it was a nice experience to sip at each one while waiting for the food. all the servers and staff were nice, only complaint would be how long everything took to come out. think we just got a little unlucky -- the party of two next to us got seated around the same time but was pretty much done with their food by the time my drink came out. can't complain too much, the meal was pretty much worth it in the end. read more

This is a very cute and fun way to spend my morning with my best friend. This place does not offer reservations only for dinner so keep that in mind. My best friend and I arrived at 12pm on a Friday and had a 20 minute wait. The wait was worth it as the food was amazing ! We each ordered a mimosa flight (passion fruit, lavender, Cotton candy (our favorite) and orange. We also ordered the empanadas for appetizers they were freshly made and good. The steak and eggs with potatoes was amazing no complaints. My best friend had a steak Cesar salad with sweet potatoes fries which we loved. My only reason for four stars is the wait, lack of reservations availability and the service was a bit slow but makes sense as it was packed and overwhelming. I don't understand the good reviews of this establishment. There is really no ambiance to speak of. It is noisy and we were seated adjacent to the kitchen counter which was a chaotic place to be. The manager was not very cordial. Our omelette was runny and the server was scarce. No refill of coffee. My companion wanted some dessert but the server presented us with the check as we wrapped up the meal. We stopped for dessert elsewhere. We won't be returning to this chaotic place. Also, we were unable to get a parking space in their shared parking lot so, we parked on the street a couple of blocks away. read more

Me and my friends finally made it here after talking about it for a while, and it didn't disappoint. We knew that they didn't take reservations in advance and that there would likely be a wait for Sunday brunch (even on a freezing day). One of my friends got there before me, and put her name down with the wait being about an hour. As a note, they have no waiting area inside the restaurant, so if you come, be prepared to wait in your car (or outside in the nice weather) until you get a text message. The restaurant itself is very cute and comfortable, but quite small with a handful of bar seats and maybe 10 tables. Once we were seated, we were able to order right away and our server was great. We ordered a number of things including the cinnamon roll flight to share, the avocado toast, the shrimp Benedict and the chicken and waffles for our entrees. My friends ordered the mimosa flight and I ordered the pear spritz mimosa. The cinnamon roll flight was very good, but very sweet and easily shareable between 3-4 people. Yes, it's a small place, and yes, you will probably wait at least 25 minutes but trust me, you'll forget all about that once the food hits the table. It's a tough call with this place. The atmosphere is great. The service is wonderful and the food is imaginative. However the owner is not exactly the most charming person in the world. While, I empathize with wanting to turn the tables around, I was having breakfast with a friend who I hadn't seen in a long time and really resent being asked to leave after about an hour. I wasn't like we didn't have a full meal as our check was about $70. Service is the business you're in, so if someone wants to linger a little bit and have a conversation, it's the nature of the business .... and part of the cost of business. read more

I did like that it was served with greens as well as potatoes. Had a pomegranate mimosa to go with it. Our server was good. Would have like to have been offered water without needing to ask for it. Let me start by saying the food and our waiter was great! The reason why I am giving this rating a lower score is because of our interaction with the hostess. I have been bothered by the interaction since I got home. THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT BABY FRIENDLY. When I put my name in for a table of two and a baby I explained to the hostess that the baby is 4 months old and she would be in her bassinet on a stroller. She said she would accommodate us and told us it would be about 40 minutes (which it was and we were fine with this). After our wait I bring my baby inside in her stroller and the hostess made a big deal in front of the other customers saying that the stroller would be a fire hazard and that she could not accommodate us. The only reason we were able to stay was because I requested an outside table that had just become free. If I didn't do so, she would have turned us away completely after making us wait for 40 minutes. I think I would have had better luck with my 4 legged fury friend because they accommodate dogs more than babies. And on that note, if they can't fit a baby stroller (that's on the smaller side) where would they fit our friends in wheelchairs? read more

The ambiance is very farm house style restaurant with nice wood tones and textures throughout the place. Service was ok, slow with food but attentive. The food had nice flavor the sauces were a home run and added flavor to everything. Look at your bill, a little annoyed that a gratuity of 20% was automatically added to the bill and then suggested tips was under that. Small cute bar and restaurant. We ventured here to try their brunch. The restaurant opens at 9am and we arrived at 9:04am and the place was almost full to capacity. I was wondering how many people were lined up at the door waiting. This was definitely a good sign. We started off with the make your own mimosa. Even though it was 9am here it was 5pm somewhere else so we ordered the bottle. They came out with a brut cava we were surprised and happy. We preceded to order our entrees and it was hard to narrow it down but we did. French toast, Chicken sausage, home fries and a brunch burger. Awesome choices, we were very pleased. Disgusting experience! I placed an order for pancakes and received dry, nasty hockey pucks that tasted like cardboard. I spoke to Lisa, and she said that everyone loves their pancakes!! If your only response to me being dissatisfied by your food is to say that "everyone else loves them," that just goes to show that you have no real defense. Super cute and charming spot, definitely worth visiting. Came here for brunch on Sunday, this place was very busy, but was seated immediately. Cozy ambiance, super friendly and attentive staff (Lisa and Val were awesome), excellent service, and the food and drinks were amazingly delicious. Must try the iced coffee flight, my other half enjoyed it and his favorites were the twix and vanilla wafer. I had the mimosa flight, and my favorites were the lavender and mango. The blood orange mimosa is the most popular but will have to try next time since they ran out. I had the eggs benedict with a side of pork sausage and my other half had the american classic. Great easy place for a delicious breakfast or brunch. Easily accessible to all parts of Westchester, and even though the parking lot is small there is plenty of street parking. The menu is huge, possibly too big, but it is attractive with many appealing dishes - classics done right. The inside is cute albeit a bit tight. There is a nice little outside section that was well shaded. The menu is reasonably priced but it can add up with many add ons. Coffee was a bit much for $4.00 in my opinion. I came here for brunch with a group of four at 10:15 on a Saturday. They unfortunately don't take reservations and were quite busy. They told us it would be about a 35 minute wait, but it actually only took 20 minutes to get a table. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. The decor is cute and modern. Their menu is available via QR code. To eat, I had the avocado toast. I swapped the over easy egg for scrambled. This dish has gotten high praise in the media, but I wasn't overly impressed. The toast itself was thin and not very hearty; similar to the white toast that you'd get at a grocery store. It was a little light on the avocado. The radishes were bland. It also included sweet pearls, which popped in your mouth and were similar to boba. Interesting for the novelty, but a bit random for the dish. On the positive side, it included four pieces of toast, so it was a generous portion size. My husband got the shrimp benedict and loved it. The shrimp looked very well seasoned. The California omelette and biscuits and gravy were also not bad, but nothing really noteworthy. Service was fast and employees were friendly. Some of their other brunch dishes looked huge and very tasty, so maybe we just ordered wrong. I'd still say it's worth a stop in, if you don't mind a bit of a wait. read more

UPDATE: I received an oh-so-kind and not at all passive aggressive response from the owner. Definitely willing to pay $20 for a delicious meal... unfortunately I just didn't get one at this place. Oh man. I had high hopes for this place. I got chicken sausage (very dry and shriveled), 2 scrambled eggs (slimy and literally inedible), one piece of toast and a small bowl of potatoes (those were inedible too) for almost $20.00! I ate the chicken sausage (probably wouldn't have if I wasn't so hungry) and the toast and left everything else on my plate. No questions asked about if I liked the food, no offer to take it off the bill. Oh we were also charged for two eggs but only got one. Service was bad too. Took a long time for anyone to greet us at the table. We weren't checked-in on once the meal arrived, and we had to finally call the server over to get the bill. read more

I ordered an iced cookie butter latte from The Tasty Table, and it was seriously disappointing. They didn't put any espresso in it--just milk and cookie butter over ice. No caffeine, no coffee flavor, just an overly sweet drink pretending to be a latte. How do you forget the main ingredient? Definitely not worth the money. I won't be ordering coffee from here again. Edit: In response to your reply to my review. Why would I ask you to remake it if i didn't even order it in person? Maybe you should have made it properly the first time or perhaps hire someone who knows how to put the espresso in a latte which should be second nature. We went on a Sunday- the wait was long and they don't take reservations. There's also nothing really in the surrounding area. A lot of people are just standing and waiting right next to the outside tables which can be uncomfortable for the people there eating. The inside decor and bathroom is really cute. Everything pictures awesome for posts (see pics) the food is just ok though. The iced coffee flight is cute for a post, but for taste, I wouldn't recommend if you're a big coffee person. The words, "I would eat here again," don't come close to how we feel about The Tasty Table. The drive up from NYC in the rain was worth every mile. The menu is inventive; DO NOT MISS the Cinnamon Bun Flight(!), the Taco Pancakes, the Mimosa Flight (choose 4 flavors; highly recommended the Cotton Candy and Lavender and Blood Orange), the service is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. If you're looking for a great brunch spot, this place is a must! While they don't take reservations, we were quickly greeted and seated by the owner, Lisa, which was a nice touch. The food was not only delicious, but the drinks were fantastic too--definitely recommend the Mimosa Flight, and the cotton candy was a fun surprise! The restaurant was busy, but the energy was vibrant and the atmosphere felt so welcoming. And let me tell you about the ranch dressing--it's unlike anything we've had before, and we fell in love with it! After complimenting Lisa, she was kind enough to send us home with three containers of it. Her hospitality truly made the experience special. With their delicious brunch running from Wednesday-Sunday, it's a no brainer to start the weekend fun earlier than planned. Why wait for the weekend when you can bring in the brunch since Wednesday. From delicious coffee flights to adorable mimosa flights, your experience at the Tasty Table is going to be awesome. Nutella stuffed French toast has my name written all over it but I decided to go for a berry Belgian since I was desperately craving a waffle. We ordered a mimosa flight just for a quick little sip and shared with our friends and we're totally obsessed. You can pick any flavor you like, from mango to passionfruit, lavender to blood orange, they have so many fun options and different specials. Pro tip: you can't make reservations but you can call when you're 30 min away and they'll save you a seat. Bottom line: this place is all the hype and more. ~~~~FOOD~~~~ We've only had brunch here but really want to give the dinner menu a shot eventually, given there's a lot of attractive options there. Also I keep forgetting there's a special menu (I will attempt to remember to try the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes one day). Nutella Stuffed French Toast is a kid/family favorite. If you like nutella, get it -- it doesn't disappoint. There are brulee'd bananas on top (y'know, balance). Shakshuka: great flavor, interesting when I asked someone who usually orders this several times that the texture has become less thick? She said she used to need a fork and knife to eat it; Either way, I quite enjoyed it (expect: more soup-y). Comes with pita on the side to schlop up all the soup. A few grape tomatoes and chickpeas inside as well. NOTE: this is my very first experience of a shakshuka, but my toddler liked it (mild spicy). BLT: might need more sauce, but delicious dipped into the shakshuka. Fries are good. Southern BBQ eggs benedict were very good. Cannoli pancakes were fun but on the sweet side for me -- maybe would've been better with smaller sized chocolate chips. Huevos Rancheros: not as expected / our least favorite -- look at the photos before ordering. They come with chips rather than a soft tortilla. Not really expecting crunchy chips for a breakfast/brunch item. Maybe lunch/dinner appetizer. ~~~~DRINKS~~~~ Iced Coffee Flight: they change up the flavors every so often. First Time I went (July 2024): Salted Honey, S'mores, Double Chocolate, Banana Milk Banana milk was a surprising conversation starter, for sure! I also really enjoyed the salted honey. Current (May 2024): Teddy Graham, Cupcake, Ube, Cinnamon Toast Crunch -- if you're not a cinnamon fan, skip this round (teddy graham and CTC are both very cinnamon-y). I didn't taste what made cupcake its namesake (aside from the cake on top). The ube flavor was very weak (only a light amount in the cream, the coffee didn't have any ube flavor, just plain iced coffee). As an ube lover, this missed for me. Oreo Latte: this one was more delicious to me than the current coffee flight, but the main part was the icing and cookie bits on top of the coffee -- definitely has to be mixed in to get the "oreo" effect. Mocha Latte: this was too bitter for me Their drink specials all sound interesting -- might come back to try the crumb cake latte or toasted marshmallow latte. They no longer give out the free carrot cake mini's (we got some on our first visit). New: you can pay by QR code on the receipt on your phone! It's very convenient (I did not see any automatic gratuity on it). VERY family friendly, attentive staff, even when short staffed, and all around fun spot to go to. When I found out that Tasty Table offered coffee flights, I knew I had to come back. Came in on a Sunday where it was busy but we only had to wait for 15 minutes. They do have an option to call in a half hour prior to arriving to put your name down, but for some reason we couldn't get through. We started off with the coffee flights. The white mocha flavor was my favorite out of the four. Note: during this time they only offer them hot. Which means, I need to return for the iced ones! I'm a true eggs Benedict fan so I went with the smoked salmon. Two of my other friends got the avocado Benedict and the chicken and waffles. During brunch the waiters sometimes come around with samples of their baked items and they gave us cinnamon biscotti to try. The perfect amount of sweet!
