We came in on a Sunday after church, and like most places on Omaha it was busy. Exceptionally busy compared to a weekday morning. We were told there would be a wait, however, we weren't told how long. 30 mins in, we were told 30 more minutes. Had we had that knowledge a head of time we may gone somewhere else. When we were finally seated, we did get good service. I got the loaded waffle board to split 3 ways with my kids. The menu says feed 4-6 people however I would say 3 tops. I miss the heavenly waffles but they make their own now and they're not too bad. Overall, introducing this spot to my family was good and affordable.
Yummy! Delicious! My last review was of their old location, this is of their new location! Huge! Comfy! Cute! Service is amazing 10/10! Entirely different place and service than before! More coffee shop with food before, and now this is your typical sit down restaurant! Food was amazing, love to see the expanded menu as well! I'm dreaming about my avocado "toast" but on a waffle! Coffee was delicious - I got a honey lavender!
10/23/2025 The gang and I ended up going maybe an hour before they closed for the day but the staff had no problem setting up our group of 5 with a table. I got the caramel apple latte hot it was so warm on a chilly morning I love that they give you the choice for milk( I got oat). I got the old market berry oat bake with a side of whipped cream (personally it was a bit dry). This place has lots of seating (booths and tables) with lots of natural light a merchandise for purchase Bathroom rating: 5/5
We were looking for a late breakfast before hitting the road back to KC. We couldn't have picked a better place. The brick walls and marble bar made us feel cozy. The service was great and everyone worked together to make sure our needs were met, especially Devon, KJ, and Zach. I had the meat lovers skillet. The amount of meat that was on the plate was impressive. The flavors married perfectly together. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Great service and cute dining experience! They have a store at the front too. My absolute favorite at this place is their Peach Pear Apricot smoothie. It was so unique and tasty!! Never tried a more delicious combination of flavors! Our waiter was really nice. The bathrooms inside are clean too.
I used YELP to find this place and I'm sure glad I did! To start, I can into a warm greeting. I told my host that I needed a place to drink coffee and take a conference call. She accommodated with a private space that was peaceful and warm. Then, I looked at the menu! Yes coffee..but let's do breakfast. I had the farmers skillet and wow it truly delivered. The waffles are no joke amazing. The coffee mild and infinitely sipible. This place is full of peace, delicious food and great service. Plus the bottomless coffee kept me on take for over two hours. One last note, the place is reasonable on price and super clean including restrooms. I will be back.
The Table Coffee was absolutely excellent for breakfast. We were seated promptly, and our server was friendly and fast. The food was delectable. The place was cozy and quaint with indoor and outdoor seating.
We chose this place because it has breakfast and it was on our route home. It is a really cute spot, and the service is great! The food was just okay. I had the meat skillet, which had hardly any eggs and was rather bland. The side of waffles was really good, but the syrup was cold My friend had a basic breakfast of eggs, sausage, and toast. It was fine. -- But it was delivered while she was still trying to figure out how to pay the parking. It was only 1$ and neither of us could get the app (no coin deposit) to let us input any cards. The staff was aware and ultimately took her outside to help her, but by then her breakfast was half cold. The staff is aware of the silliness of the parking in an area of high out-of-towner traffic. Perhaps they could institute a pre-validation type system by using their app to cover the $1 parking or their customers. This would alleviate the inconvenience and would be a really nice touch of hospitality. Even if they tacked it onto the bill, it would be better than dealing with that mess. I'd like to end with: The coffee was GREAT! And the people were all so friendly!
I'm always willing to give new restaurants a chance. The Table Coffee is barely four (4) months old and formally was a food truck. There is a little gift shop as you enter the restaurant where you can browse while you wait to place your order. The concept is order when you come in sit down and your food is brought to you. You must pick up drinks at the counter. If you forget to order something, you have to get back in line. Also, the expectation is you tip before you've received any service which makes things rather awkward even though we watch three people stand behind the counter by the coffee maker and chat for quite a period of time while tables went unbussed. It has an absolutely beautiful, state of the art coffee maker, but getting coffee served with the spoon seems to be a bit of a challenge. There is no sweetener or creamer on any of the tables so that's another thing you have to go and try and track down and when we did, we were presented with the entire milk container! The space is the former Stokes in the old market. So, there is plenty of space with nice options for indoor, outdoor, and counter seating. There were two of us at the table; our meals were brought about four minutes apart - Not a big deal, but actually my sandwich was cold when it arrived. I was a little surprised that my sandwich was nine dollars for what I got and did not include any sides. Table Coffee definitely needs to get its sea legs and quickly. Might stop back in for a coffee, but only if I bring my own spoon - LOL

Hectic mornings with 2 under 2 trying to get to the zoo don't usually go this smooth! The food was so good even two picky little ones finished their plates! Mom and dad needed the coffees, which were much better than any of your chain coffee shops. Service was exceptional (sorry I'm bad with names) but man you were awesome! All and all a great experience and a must visit when in town. *Just saying that brisket sandwich would be fantastic as a burrito!* read more

Great coffee shop. They have breakfast choices and lunch options too. I had the Woolworth Club. It was awesome! The sandwich is made with Heavenly Waffles for the bread, sounds weird maybe but it was fabulous! And take a look at my sandwich- they didn't just slap the meat on - they rolled it and made it look beautiful! The iced mocha was fabulous too. Cozy place and there was a band setting up, we had to leave so I can't say much about that. The peeps at the counter were all friendly and helpful! Our first time so we had questions. Lots no of people there but I plenty of seating. Nice decor, cozy! read more

Came here on a Saturday morning for a sit down brunch and coffee. The food was good and the server, Emily, was exceptional. Nice and roomy place in downtown omaha, I like their window tables, good views and good for people watching. The reason for three stars, the place wasn't the cleanest, the hostess put a disclaimer right away that it has been busy. Now the baristas, ordered a couple of lattes, one extra hot, first they came in a to go cup rather than a porcelain cup which is the usual for sit down coffee. Then, nothing extra hot, server tried to go back and get it remade but was told that the baristas are too busy making new orders and sent empty cups to transfer the coffee into those ! Emily just came back with empty cups, she tried, got some extra steamed milk to make it hotter but the baristas failed. Originally a coffee shop and they couldn't do that right, need to work on that, busy or not. Still need to sort out some kinks but on its way to be good. The power breakfast sandwich was good and so was the avocado sandwich. read more

We stopped here after visiting Children's museum nearby. What an interesting take with breakfast/lunch!!! Also, they have nice seasonal drinks as well. It might be a little tricky to find in between storefronts. Fast service and friendly too. We had the turkey and club sandwich which was delicious. For drinks, I had the pumpkin spice latte and my wife had blueberry matcha latte. read more

Wanted a hot breakfast before leaving town and this was a great spot! I ordered a hot, white mocha and the Farmers Market skillet. Everything was excellent. Great service, yummy, fresh food and drink and comfortable surroundings. I would recommend and would come here again. read more

I recently visited the new location and found it incredibly charming. The space was adorably decorated with a private room in the back for a small group meeting. They had a selection of comfy couch/love seat, bar, and standard restaurant seating. Plenty of plugins at/near all seating. The staff were inviting and very personable. I ordered a latte which was PERFECT. I look forward to visiting this new location at least once a week to grab my coffee! read more

Super cute space, extremely friendly and helpful staff and delicious food/drinks. As a first timer they were very helpful going over the menu with me and suggesting a few of the new seasonal items they had for spring. I love how they have flights for coffee and iced tea but I didn't think I would be able to finish one alone so I opted to pass. Instead I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a waffle and a peaches and cream (seasonal) tea. 3/17 turned out to be a lucky day after all because when I went to pay I was told a previous customer left $ behind to cover the next order. Such a blessing and great start to my day. The breakfast sandwich was delicious! Warm, soft waffle full of flavor. Peaches and cream tea was tasty too. It was peach oolong tea with 1/2 and 1/2 and I believe whipped cream on top. The space is decorated very cute and there are plenty of seating areas including tables, a couch or a picnic bench setting. WiFi is free. They share a space with a pub and because of St. Patrick's day it was pretty loud inside at 11am and the shared bathrooms were kind of gross but I'm sure it usually isn't like this so I'll say it was a one time thing. If I'm ever back in the area I'd stop back in for sure. read more

Clean, simple, healthy breakfast/coffee stop! Loved the power breakfast sandwich which was made with their homemade waffles. Added a sweet flavor to the sandwich! Also had to have my cold brew . Service was great - the hostess was very friendly and welcomed us with smiles! Coffee was made quickly and less than 10 minute wait for the food! Would love to visit again. read more

We haven't visited this spot since it was the Tea Smith a few years ago. I'm so thrilled to see it is being used to continue slinging warm drinks, a quiet space for a chat or work time, and plenty of friendly faces to greet you. +They carry Heavenly Waffles (basically, a lighter and healthier waffle, with 7g protein, 110 cal, and significantly less sugar) these are delicious! They had an apple cinnamon one for a fall menu and I HIGHLY recommend trying one while they're available! +They offer COFFEE FLIGHTS (and tea!) Unlike some of the others around town, these are predetermined, as in, Board #1 has 4 set drinks, and Board #2 has 4 set drinks, etc. So there is less freedom to pick and choose each individual drink that you get to sample, but they do a great job pairing ones that make sense together. I imagine that this cuts down significantly on the wait time + their price for a board was $16 at the time of my visit, about $10 cheaper than other locations (I would guess in part due to this model). +Their staff is GREAT. They were so friendly and eager to help. We had a toddler with us and they didn't make us feel unwelcome with his noises and curiosity. -the only thing I really wish was different is specific to the LOCATION: we all wish there were windows and natural light, but what they lack in rays of sunshine beaming through, they make up for in hospitality and tasty waffles! read more

Decided to come to the Table Coffee company this morning for some coffee and breakfast. It is very spacious inside and has a lot of navy blue throughout which is very pretty. I love the lighting and all the windows. It feels very open and comforting at the same time. It wasn't very busy, but it took a bit to get my coffee and food. Sadly, I didn't like my iced mocha too much as it wasn't as sweet as I was wanting. It was very bitter. My boyfriend enjoyed his iced Americano! The highlight was definitely the loaded waffle charcuterie board!!!! It was incredible. The bacon, sausage, and eggs were all great. There were SO many toppings for the waffles which were all tasty including: butter, caramel, syrup, pecans, whipped cream, raspberry compote, chocolate chips, and honey. I would definitely come back for the waffle charcuterie and try a different coffee sometime. I also would recommend coming if you have a bit of time to hangout as it wasn't the most fast service. But the workers were very friendly and helpful! read more

When I was in Omaha last week for work, I was looking up places to eat as I usually do. Came across this place on Yelp for coffee and brunch. I wish I had tried it earlier in the week so I could've gone there more than once. That was good my experience was! Three of us ordered the waffle charcuterie board to share. It was amazing! The waffles are tasty and the toppings are great too. It's hard to go wrong when it comes with a side of crispy bacon too. And you kinda just get to mix and match as you'd like! So yes we were happy with the food. However, the star dish of the day was the Brown Sugar Chai I ordered - hot. I didn't take a pic since it was in a to go cup but Wow!! I love Chai and Brown sugar but it's not a super common combination which is kinda what piqued my interest to order it. I asked for half sweetness and it was perfect for me. It's hard to describe it but the flavors went well together and was a perfect balance of sweet, a little spicy (more so you taste the spice, not hot spicy), savory and creamy! I think I would get the drink every week if this place was near me. Also, the owner and workers there are so friendly and nice. The sweetest!! Exceptional breakfast spot for quick grab or long stay. Tournament brought me to Omaha and this was in Old Market(also cute little area) downtown which is where we stayed so it was close. Food was good quality and had really great coffee! Everyone was extremely friendly and amazing customer service! read more

We are visiting from out of state, and were recommended this coffee shop by one of the employees of the Magnolia Hotel, where we are staying. We happened to come on the first day in their new location, and loved it. It's bright and airy with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. When we came in, the lady explained that this was their first day in this location, and they were trying something new, so please be patient with them. I'm guessing the something new was that we ordered as soon as we came through the door before finding our seat. That worked for us as it was pretty quiet, but I would imagine that possibly being a problem when it gets busy. (They may have already decided that and changed the process.) The staff members were all great. Very friendly and helpful, and excited to be doing what they were doing. While we were waiting for our food, my husband and I were going through the cute little question card box that was on our table, which was fun. My husband had their very first Breakfast Skillet, and I had a lemon poppyseed muffin, and both were delicious. We were so pleased with our experience that we planned to go back the next day. The only problem was that they were closed, as it was Sunday, and there is nothing wrong with that, but did manage to find another place, which wasn't quite as good. read more
