First, definitely plan to spend some extra time here because the food and drinks can take a while to come out. The raspberry hibiscus tea especially doesn't taste as fresh as it used to. It almost has an "old" taste to it, and I'm not sure if they changed the syrup or the way it's made, but it definitely doesn't taste the same as it did when they first opened. I've also noticed that the coffee is very inconsistent. Even when I order the exact same drink, it seems to taste different every time. Some days it's really good, and other days it tastes completely different. I'm sharing this because I genuinely used to enjoy Trio, and I'd love to see the consistency and quality return to what it was when they first opened. I explained that I have a medical condition and could not eat anything at the time, and I even offered to pay $1-$2 for the water. Catherine still refused and told me I had to buy something else first. Even after I explained the medical situation again, she showed zero concern or compassion. Refusing even paid ice water to someone who has explained a medical issue during 102°F heat is deeply concerning and incredibly unprofessional. Starbucks corporate should seriously look into how Catherine handled this situation. She shouldnt be working should get fired immediately
