I found it disappointing to be ignored as a return customer. Even though the job I need done is a small job, I was a loyal return customer and did not even get the courtesy of a call back. Justin came to my house to see about my screen door. He said it needed different types of wheels and that he was going to go to Home Depot and buy some. He said he would text me when he was going to come back. He did make it clear that he was not going to come back that same day. I asked him to text me or call me and let me know what day he was going to come back-needless to say that was on Tuesday, July 3. Haven't heard from him since. I even messaged him asking when he was going to come back and never received a reply. I won't call him back nor will I refer him. Business people respond. Absolutely the worst company ever. Warning do not use...they will tell you 2 weeks for delivery to get your money. But that is not true. Ordered and paid for May 5th. To date I am still getting the run around. Starting to think they are a scam or just take advantage of seniors. I see a lot of good reviews however I cant believe they are real. Guessing family and friends making them up. If you dont want frustration and headache use someone else. I am currently trying to get a refund for my now cancelled order. Great Service, Great Work, Great Listener. I had work done twice by Screen dudes and both times I had no complaints and I am very fussy. We had solar screens put in and couldn't be more happier. My last job was completed a couple of weeks ago, I purposely waited for 2 weeks and to experience extremely hot days to see the difference and the difference is amazing. Our upstairs is no longer a huge difference in temperature and we now enjoy the upstairs as much as the down stairs. They were on time, worked hard and did a great job. Justin repaired my screen doors & windows about a year ago, I used pet mesh on both my screen doors & just regular screens on my windows, about a year later my windows started having holes in them from my dogs constantly jumping on them, I called Justin to repair them for me with petmesh on all windows this time because my screen doors with petmesh that he installed a year ago still look brand new. After diligent research, I found a listing for the Screen Dudes and called them. I spoke with Justin and we made an appointment for the following week. He contacted me prior to the appointed time and explained he was running a little late due to unexpected isues with an earlier job that morning. He later arrived at the promised time. I explained what I was looking for and he built me a custom screen door complete with higher-grade mesh and a pet grill. I examined it after the installation and was completely satisfied with the work and set up. Horrible experience. I call them out to put in a new screen on our back door. We upgrade to the more heavy duty screen that is better for pets and can stand up to "a 80 pound dog". We didn't have the puppy yet but knew we were getting one so we went with it. 6 weeks later we get a puppy (he was only 8 weeks old at the time) and the screen gives out as the puppy tries to come in the house. It quickly went from the screen is coming out to the whole thing is worthless because the puppy can go right through it. It was out from the bottom and both sides. I called Justin and left a few messages about what happened (he's very bad at getting back to customers). I called again from a different number and he actually answered. I told him the problem and he was hesitant on coming back out to fix it until I told him I wanted to have a screen grill installed. He gave me a price and said he would call me the following week to schedule. Again, no call back but I called him and we made an appointment for Monday. He never showed up. I've called and sent him messages for the last 2 weeks and he never returned a call or email. I'm just cutting my losses and moving on to a professional. I would say you get what you pay for but he was also a more expensive then others so in this case I overpaid for a lousy job. I'll update this review if I ever hear back from him. read more

We reached out to Screen dudes awhile before we had work done. We were able to get all questions answered promptly. I liked the pictures on Facebook page and also was texted pictures of items we were considering. We moved forward to have solar screens done and also retractable screen for front door. We were able to have measurements done and also assistance with color selection. The day of solar screen install we were pleased with the pace and workmanship. The screens definitely cut down on heat and glare. The retractable screen door will be completed tomorrow. Can't wait for that. We also had our garage screen door rescreened as it had tear. It also is great. No complaints, communication can be via text, phone or on Facebook. Hard working, great product, will definitely refer and will use them in future if need arrises. read more
