We had them back out a few weeks ago to give us an estimate to enclose a side courtyard. Jay came out the next day, took measurements, and gave us a quote. He said that due to the width of the opening and us wanting a sliding glass door, he would have to frame the opening to accommodate the sliding glass door. He provided us with several options and we picked the best one that suited us. Jay immediately started framing and when the glass pieces came in, he and his crew came out and finished the framing and installation. I felt that I was respectfully guided towards appropriate products and that my questions were heard and answered. I made some preliminary decisions and soon received a clear and itemized quote after a Hometime contactor came out to verify measurements. I took time to weigh my choice, call Kaleb and amend the order slightly, then placed my order in February. I appreciated the "no pressure" approach, yet confident guidance. As of yesterday and before the end of March, our door has been expertly installed by Rob (Robert) who showed up on time and worked efficiently. He reviewed our order, explained the installation process and was extremely detail oriented from beginning to end. He's personable and definitely an expert in his craft! He got right to the removal of the old frame & door and was methodical in his approach to framing out the new one. Hanging a door correctly with all the new hardware and a keyless entry unit is an art and each step was done with care and expertise. We feel we have been well taken care of and appreciate that everything was handled through Hometime, not by outside contractors. There were no glitches, no excuses and no rescheduling to deal with. I described to Tim exactly what I wanted him create for this open office by installing French Doors Everything was going to have to be newly framed out and constructed in this quite large wall opening . We wanted to have built and framed out two French Double Paned doors with all the hardware and trimming being needed as no doors previously existed . Tim gave us a very fair quote and we accepted . We sent him a down pymt for the materials and he got started ordering the doors . On the scheduled date Tim arrived on time and started the process which took about 5 1/2 hours to be completed , he was very contentious and followed all covid -19 protocols masking etc ! Tim Miller is a true master craftsman and did a beautiful job , the doors and all construction came out beautiful and balanced and precise with attention to details . We are so happy with the finished product and recently had them painted to complete Tim's work . It's now May 1st, I've called, texted and emailed this company multiple times to get status on this window. A couple of weeks ago I finally got a quick response from Brandon where he text, "Hi, I'll check and get back to you". NOTHING!! They even had the nerve to send me a "reminder" email that I had a balance due........due for the window they won't give me status on.
