Joaquin and team from Glass Fabrication Company did an excellent job of replacing the glass in our door. Should have called them first because other companies were very slow to respond or even give an estimate. Some saying it could take a week just to come by to look at the door and 3 weeks to get it installed. Joaquin and team were done with the entire project on the day they came to look at the door. We were relieved that they had the right supplies with them that day. We are so pleased with how it looks, their workmanship, and professionalism. They were meticulous in the cleanup after the work was done! Also, the office staff was courteous and easy to convey our message to have technicians at our home as quickly as possible. We'll definitely call them again! read more

They are very professional, scheduled measuring service fast and the quote is quite reasonable. We had trouble with the rollers in several old windows, other companies I quoted just told me to replace the window completely. But Glass Fabrication managed to fix the problem by either changing the roller or applying oil. Still working well after one year. I would say I'm lucky to find this very reliable team. Highly recommend it! read more

Glass Fabrication - Window that could now slide smoothly - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - Murrieta, California

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I purchased a glass piece from them and it damaged upon receiving it. I immediately reached out with photos and proof, expecting a simple replacement or repair. Instead, I was met with excuses, denial, and some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They refused to take responsibility for a product that was clearly defective from the beginning. Instead of helping me, they tried to blame the damage on anything except their own poor quality control. Weeks later, I still have a damaged product and absolutely no support from the company, they actually told me they were not going to help me. A reputable business stands behind what they sell -- this one doesn't. They take your money, and when something arrives broken, they leave you to deal with it alone. I will never buy from them again, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company look elsewhere. Terrible experience from start to finish. read more

We have been purchasing glass products from this store for various needs after thoroughly comparing prices with other local businesses. This place consistently offered the best prices. Although the quality of the glass cutting wasn't perfect, the affordable pricing and great customer service made up for it. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was very disappointing and completely changed our opinion of this business. We needed a glass top for a desk and visited the store with our measurements to request a quote. We were told the quote would be emailed to us the same day, but it never arrived. I followed up with a phone call, and the man I spoke with--who sadly seemed to be the owner--promised to send the quote within 10 minutes, but it never came. The next day, I called again and politely explained that I still hadn't received the quote. He asked for my email address again and claimed it had been sent to the wrong address but would resend it immediately. When I finally received the email, it was shockingly unprofessional. It was a very brief message simply asking me to submit my request again--seriously? I called once more to express my frustration, asking why it was so difficult to get a simple quote. His response was that it was after business hours and I would need to call again on Monday (I had called on a Saturday). However, their online store information clearly states they are open 24 hours, which is why I called on Saturday in the first place. If they weren't available, why wasn't that communicated? His behavior came off as careless, rude, and extremely unprofessional. It feels like they no longer value our business, and because of this poor experience, we will no longer be shopping here. I can no longer recommend this store to others. read more

I needed to replace a kitchen window after it had been broken. They had the best prices of everyone I called and they quoted me on the phone. Other places wanted to come out and look first. They just asked for a few details, quoted a great price, then came over and got the job done. read more

I ordered a glass shelf and never received it, he said it would be in on Friday and on Saturday still hadn't heard from him. I cancel my order on Saturday. I wasted a whole week waiting on him, very poor updates. I guess my ordered wasn't large enough. read more

Glass Fabrication did an outstanding job on putting in a frameless glass shower enclosure. The entire experience was wonderful. Jack came out and measured, giving us options and suggestions. He explained the difference in glass types (we opted for the standard glass). Alex, in the office, gave us printed quote and only requested 10% deposit. The installers were on time and took care to keep the floors and surrounding areas clean- Junior and Diego were professional and did a great job. read more

I recently had new frameless shower doors installed by Glass Fabrication Inc. as part of a bathroom remodel. Throughout the installation, Joel and Carlos were professional, competent, and personable. They did a wonderful job installing a high quality product. Definitely recommend! read more

The customer service, price and speed of installation was excellent. They had someone onsite measuring the same day I called in on a Friday. Because I kept adding screen replacements to the job the installation date was on Tuesday. I think this is a quick turnaround! Also my installer Alexis was thorough and provided cleaning of the window tracks with a vacuum he brought. He also made sure the window and frame was clean once installed. He also wore protective coverings on his shoes when he came inside. Great service Alexis! read more

Glass fabrication was excellent, professional and saved my family when our window broke . Called Glass Fabrication and they came out the next day and replaced two windows with incredible pricing. I rarely leave reviews, but the customer service at this glass company in Murrieta was beyond disappointing. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment I called. They acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking basic questions about their services. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine what happens once they get your money. Avoid at all costs. read more

Glass Fabrication was able to provide a reasonable quote based on photos alone. Once approved, they came out to measure. A few days later they came back for install and the whole thing was done. New window glass looks fantastic! I will definitely use them again in the future for all of my glass needs. Will probably be hitting them up again soon for custom shower glass. Great fast and reasonably priced service. These guys are legit. read more

Dont be talked into the Enduroshield coating. it was an extra $300 and my glass still spots as easily as my old glass did which wasnt coated The team put in a frameless glass enclosure which they did a great job on but they misrepresented the additional coating . if you read the EnduroSHield fine print its says you may still have to squeegee everyday which is what i was trying to avoid but I was told this coating would eliminate that and not leave spots so i opted for spending the extra money and it hasnt been worth it. you would be better off just buying the Enduroshield product online for $40 and applying yourself once every 3 years as it claims is only necessary read more

Had the pleasure of using this company again to replace two windows on our dining room today. This is the BEST glass company in town hands down! Their attention to detail is top notch, they cleaned our screens and the adjacent windows, who does that anymore? This company does! read more

I have done business with this company several times in the recent past, but that's where my business with them will be left, the past. They had the most rude customer service / estimators in the business. After several attempts and conversations to get an estimate I called back to see where things were. The manager immediately and annoyedly tells me 'we tried to call you twice yesterday' yet they declined to a voice mail either time. Ironically they had previously texted me, so they knew they could do that again. They also had my email address. The part where he said 'we don't know how you handle your missed calls' - wait, what? He took no responsibility for the fact they told me they would get back to me and basically blamed me. Wow. So, after waiting for over a week to get this estimate I think the best answer is to try another vendor. read more

We used glass fabrication to replace four windows in our home. The quality of craftsmanship is beyond unacceptable. I will never use or recommend glass fabrication again. read more

Speechless. In a terrible way. They sent my quote immediately, of course. I paid within seconds after being promised a one day lead time. Never got a call about my order being ready. I had a door that had double panel glass that was broken and I was recommended this place by a friend and they did an amazing job! I normally don't write reviews on places, but we loved everyone's attitudes and professionalism. They were so helpful, not only the workers but when you would call in the people were very friendly and helpful. Aside from being professional and helpful, their communication was great! We had Junior come out and we would definitely recommend him to anyone we know that would need this type of work done. Here is a before and after picture for reference. We called multiple places and they said they wouldn't do it and when I told Junior about this he said it was because what we need to be done usually takes more work than other doors so we're very thankful for them saying yes and taking the time to do it! Highly recommend Glass Fabrication!! read more

The entire process was a breeze! First - I requested a quote from Glass Fabrication. They got back to me immediately. I sent over some photos of the broken bathroom window and they gave me a very reasonable price (a lot cheaper than what one guy quoted me). We scheduled a technician to come out the next day. The technician arrived and before I knew it, he was done! It probably took around 20 minutes to fix the bathroom window. (This thing has been broken for way too long). If I knew that this service was around and it'd be that fast and cheap then I would've done this a long time ago. I paid the exact price I was quoted (no hidden fees, labor fees, etc.) and it was done! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone and I'd definitely call them again for any household glass related issues. read more

If I could give this guys 10 or more stars I'll do it. We moved to a new place and after a few weeks in, one of the windows started to show some condensation. After finding out who installed it, i contacted Jack through Yelp. He was very responsive and honored the warranty even though I wasn't the original buyer. He addressed the issue right away. Joaquin came to our place all the way from Moreno Valley to Encino to do the actual job ( 1 1/2 hour min journey), he was very professional and polite. He did an excellent work.
