DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING GLASS / MIRROR RELATED! Couldn't have been more impressed,... mike replaced our broken living room window expertly & quickly, for a great price! We also had them replace our quite large main bath wall mirror that cracked & are very pleased with it! This company is fantastic! I called 7-10 different companies and kept getting the run around. I called StraightLine and was given a quote immediately over the phone. The team showed up a few days later to install. They were professional, kind, and provide very good quality customer service. They have VERY competitive prices compared to other local mirror companies. I highly recommend this company!! read more

Unfortunately I had to use their services because of a rock I weed racked into my window haha. But they came out did an awesome job replacing it and were the best price I found. Thanks again read more

Our second time having Straight-Line come out to replace a dual pane window that was ready to be retired. We had considered having all the windows replaced in the house but it would have been many windows and a serious chunk of change. Since we only had one really bad window, we decided to get it done. The dual pane window in the front of the house had gotten condensation build up inside the two sheets of glass over time. Straight-line came out and measured, called a couple of days later with the price and it was very fair for a new window with divided lights to match the other windows including installation. When the install was completed about a week later the difference was clear...literally! No more "fog" inside, and you'd have to look really hard to be able to tell it wasn't the original. A near perfect match. Thanks, guys and ladies! read more

I had a broken latch on a bedroom window and made an appointment for a "free estimate". James came out to the house, lifted the window out of the track and pulled a piece of the broken latch from the window (no tools involved). Now that the broken piece was removed, it could lock and unlock again, enough of the parts were still intact. He then said that the fee was $180, after spending less than two minutes. I was never told that my "free estimate " could turn into a service call charge. How could I get an estimate without him looking at, and removing the window? Never received a "free estimate". While in shock over the price for what had transpired, I paid the $180. Later, I called the office to express my unhappiness, and was told that the service trucks take a lot of gas. We are 5 miles from their shop. Then I was offered $40 back, if I drove to their shop. I feel like denying the charge on my card... never got that "free estimate". read more

We called for assistance with a broken window . Straight-line answered are call, listened to our problem and we had an employee visit the same day. We then had our estimate the very next day. We so appreciated the kindness and immediate attention to our situation. Thank you Straight-line, Jeanette and Mike! read more

Ron and Jeanette are amazing. We have bought mirrors here a long time ago, however this saga started in Hawaii migrated to Milgard Windows factory in Temecula and after being referred to another Milgard retailer who wouldn't do anything other than whole windows and installations, I arrived at Straight Line again. They found the parts listing in their comprehensive catalogues, identified the rusty old broken components I brought in, which I needed to repair my existing Milgard Windows. The parts were ordered arrived and fitted perfectly, along with a few extra screws provided in the kit from Milgard (they must know how many break when dismantling the old beat rusty stuff!) , and I am up and running with weather protection with my casement windows. I will buy all my glass here now because I know they will help me just when I need it. read more

Straight-Line Glass - 22x48 inch/.1/4 inch thick glass top - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - Temecula, California

Excellent long time small business in Temecula. We had some scratch damage to the top of a dresser in our AirBnb suite. We ordered a tinted glass top for the dresser and now it looks wonderful. The scratches have disappeared and the effects of the dresser glass top adds class to the look in the room and the cost was minimal compared to a granite top. Thank you. read more

Excellent customer service. Friendly professional staff, and competitive rates. I will definitely be returning for my glass replacement need

Ordering over the phone was easy and pleasant. They were communicative about arrival timing. When I went to pick up the pieces I'd ordered, I didn't quite have enough room for them in the bed of my truck. Jeff went so far being what I expected in helping me. He was patient. He helped me move something that was so heavy that I had trouble doing it by myself. He was pleasant the entire time. I highly recommend this place because of their customer service. Most of these types of businesses are rude, unreliable, and incompetent. They put all of those places to shame! read more

Absolutely wonderful customer service from the door to the car!! Need glass replaced? Look no further, Straight Line is where to go! We inherited an antique china cabinet and one of the glass window panes broke during transport. We have 2 young children at home and didn't want them to cut themselves or touch the items inside. I originally called another glass store and was told they could replace the pane and have it done the following day. When I went, they quoted me 5-7 days. In a bind to get it done before family arrived, I Googled and found Straight Line. When I walked in the lady at the front counter was was very helpful and quickly noticed that it was a glass pane from a curio cabinet. She knew the type of glass, the cuts needed, and quoted me on the spot. I asked for 3 so all the panes would match. To my surprise she said they could have it done within a few hours!! Sure enough, 4 hours later I received a call they were ready for pick up. When I walked in the lady remembered my name and quickly asked one of the gentlemen to help load them in my car. With no hesitation he picked them up from the back and brought them out to show me.They were perfectly cut panes with smooth edges that were identical to the pane I brought in as an example. The staff thanked me for stopping by as we walked out the door. They laid the glass down gently and positioned it so it wouldn't move around while I drove. When my husband put the glass into the cabinet it was a perfect fit! Thank you Straight Line for your fantastic customer service and for being open during the COVID pandemic. We will be returning for all our glass needs. read more

Outstanding people to have glass work done. Very helpful. They hav lots of samples of glass to choose from. I had 6 cabinet doors to have glass put in. I called in to ask a question about a window and the replacement of the glass only. I explained to them that Home depot installed the window and we have been dealing with them and their installers for a year now. I told them Home depot is coming out today to replace the glass and what should I expect. Straight Line Glass took the time to explain and answered my questions. I know if I need a glass company for repair or replacement I will use Straight Line Glass. Thanks for the help! read more

The store I manage was broken into last night, and they broke the glass front door. Our German Shepard was trying to "save" the house from the evil UPS man dropping off a package by barking and jumping at the front door window when we were out, resulting in the glass breaking on the inside. Straight-line came out the next day to get measurements and an estimate. A few days later they were able to come and install the new glass, which was significantly less expensive than getting a new window. Professional, fast, fair pricing. Highly recommend! read more

I can't say enough great things about Straight-Line Glass and Mirror! I love a family-run company like this. Jeanette [Mom] answers the phone. I know she's a killer-of-a-mom because her sons rock. I dealt with Mike, and what a guy! [If I didn't already have a husbad--not a typo--I'd marry him.] He came on-time, and was way well mannered. What a great conversationalist! And he was uber-concerned about leaving my place neat and tidy. [He's wicked-good with that vacuum.] He even offered to haul away the gigantic slab of wood my husbad--not a typo--used to board up the window. [Gotta love a man with his own dumpster.][Sigh.] Straight-line had the best price too. They also came in with the quote quicker than the other guys. They are professionals all the way! I'm giving Straight-line Glass and Mirror my highest recommendation. They'll treat you right! read more

Sandra J. My husband and I have been using Straight-line Glass for years! Their service and quality are unmatched by anyone in this valley. We use to get other quotes from others but Straight-line always beat their prices. We highly recommend them for your glass and mirror needs. read more

A family owned business where they stand behind family -- not the customer! We were referred to Straight Line as a family member had worked for them for many years, thus we felt comfortable with their service and pricing. On installation day, they admitted to "forgetting" to measure four (4) windows in our home. Thus the price would increase to cover these windows, with a 20% discount. That evening, we found some scratches/gouges in the wood bed frame which is 12" from one of the installed windows. Photos were sent and although disappointed with the price now increasing for 4 new windows, we requested an additional $150 discount to cover the bed damage and they would not need to submit an insurance claim. They said they would call us back -- 48 hours later with no response, we called them. Owner Ron's attitude was highly indignant that we thought the bed damage was from his sons because "they are too careful to do this". Additionally, he refused to take any responsibility or even take a personal look at the damage. Needless to say, Ron is not interested in customer service, just protecting his sons because they are too careful to make mistakes. He didn't want to discuss they missed four (4) windows. read more

Straight-Line did an outstanding job at a very good price. Professional. Efficient. And on time. I would like to give kudo's to straight line glass. We ordered new beveled mirrors for two of our bathrooms and had them installed today. They are a family owned business and have great prices. Janette is the owners wife who gave us the very competitive estimate. Ron is the owner and came to our house to measure for the glass order. It only took 4 days to get the mirrors delivered. They could have done it sooner, but we had other contractors doing other work. One of the owner's sons, Mike, arrived right on time and started the installation. He was soon joined by one of his brothers and completed the install. In addition we had them remove two medicine chests and replace them with new ones. We were very happy with the work they did and the friendly, conscientious attitude of both of these guys. I will recommend this company to anyone that asks for a referral and use them again for future projects in my home. Great company and service! read more

Had two gas-filled double pane windows made. One of them failed (gas went out, window turned purple). Refused to honor warranty. Strange and surprising since it was a small, easy window. Had done business with these folks for years but now I will be finding a new glass company. read more

I can't say enough about the service I received. Janet is such a pleasant person to talk with. I shopped around for prices and for a small store Straight-Line Glass beats them all. Over 2 weeks ago (On July 15th to be exact) i brought in a glass end table piece that had a crescent moon break out of it..leaving the dimensions of the original glass in tact. I asked to get an exact replica of the piece i brought in, sans the obvious break. Two days later i picked it up..took it home, and it was too big. Took it back the next day, asked to bring it down 1/16" or more. Got it home, still too big. Bring it back again and am now sensing an attitude that they think the problem is me as to why it isnt right. The issue is simple, if i bring you the original piece, and ask for a replica, that's about as easy as it gets. I dont hear anything for 5 days. I call and im told "its still sitting there on the table, i havent had time. We will get to it in the next day." Its now 4 days later ...nothing..no call, no glass, no worry. I can see how this is going to end. Andys Glass was much more welcoming today. They now will be servicing any of my glass needs. UPDATE: It's nearly one month since i brought the glass in and STILL NO CALL. I called today out of morbid curiosity(8/12) and they say, "oh, let me look in the back....ok, yes, its ready for pickup". We are talking about a 2'x2' square piece of glass. They can keep it. read more

I brought 4 cabinet doors in to have glass installed and they did a great job. I like the way my cabinets look. I had two large broken windows in my house. I was very much dreading getting them fixed due to a very high quote from a competitor. I decided it was time to get it done, came to yelp, read the reviews on the various local companiesand started the process of getting additional quotes. The owners at Straight-line came out same day for a quote and were able to get me scheduled for the next day replacement. The cost was HALF the competitors! Very efficient, very professional and I am very happy I called! read more

Our store was broken in to last night. The thief threw a large rock through a tempered glass door. We felt horribly violated. I boarded up the door at 615am as soon as I was able to get wood at Lowes. I called many shops around and all were nice and able to order glass for our door BUT I had to have it done today. We would have survived not having it of course but to have our store back to normal as soon as possible would let the healing process begin. Straight Line didn't want to have me get measurements over the phone because they wanted to come over immediately measure and then see if they had it in stock, and if not, where they could get it. I am happy to pay for fast service especially a locally owned business. I was prepared to pay a small fortune when they said they had it and could have it in within two hours. Not only was the price half of what I was prepared to pay, they cleaned the mess that was already there, did a great job, they were very nice, and happy to do it even today at well over 100 degrees. I hope I never need glass again but if I do, I now who I will call first. Incredibly satisfied. Very thankful. read more
