Very satisfied with this business! The two of them just finished my bottom front window and did a fantastic job in a timely manner. 1. Quality: Thicker than previous glass that the builders put onto this house. 2. Punctuality: The first time we called, they didn't answer but we understood they were popular so we tried the next day and they answered and came out right away. When they say they'll be here in an hour, they were on point. 3. Efficiency: Professional and efficient. Well organized, took measurements appropriately, got to work in appropriate time. Results came out great. 4. Financially: They have a few options for you and they are so easy to work with. Very affordable and reasonable pricing. I am beyond glad we chose to go with them instead of Lowe's like we originally planned. We saved ourselves quite a bit of time and money. They are an honest set of men and trustworthy. I highly recommend to any family looking to replace their glass panes. read more

HUGE shoutout to Victor Galindo of Galindo Glass. Top-notch quality and service. Polite, professional, trustworthy. I will recommend him highly for all glass projects. A couple of weeks ago one of the panes in our dual pane sliding patio door just cracked and broke into 1000's of pieces, thankfully my husband was home when it happened and there was no damage to the kitchen or injuries to ourselves or our pets. My husband went to Lowe's and Home Depot for replacement, but when he was quoted the price for installation, which was insanely expensive....basically it was more expensive to install the new pane than the actual door itself. So I resorted to Yelp and called another company who kindly and generously referred me to Vic. We're so thankful we called, with the price he quoted us not only did we repair the sliding door but also repaired and replaced 2 windows upstairs in the loft and still paid less than we would have paid Home Depot or Lowe's. Vic arrived on time, and completed the repair in a timely manner and was both professional and very courteous. Thank you Vic, we will definitely being calling you again for all our glass and window needs!!! read more

Was looking for glass for a shower/ bath combo and a shower enclosure. Victor is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He spent time explaining our options with no up selling. I would highly recommend Victor to anyone and would never go with anyone else. Call him!!! read more

Galindo Glass is by far the worst customer service and glass company I have ever had the displeasure of working with, and I would not use them again, nor do I recommend them to others. They were referred to us two years ago when our shower door broke, and being new in town we were glad to have a recommendation. We needed to replace our entire shower anyway and discussed with Vic replacing the whole thing since the door was broken. There was a lot of back and forth, unreturned calls and "errors" which were brushed off as miscommunications by Vic. All the delays seemed unnecessary to me, but I thought perhaps I was being to hasty, perhaps this is how it is in the glass world. We had already paid our down payment and were scheduled for install when Vic called and said the glass we had been quoted and measured for was not available in the style and thickness we wanted, and we could not go that route. My question to him was, "If Glass is your business, shouldn't you have know this as we were picking it out?" So the day of install we had to start over and wait another couple weeks. Now two years later I have a drip coming from my kitchen ceiling only to find out the shower and sweep Vic installed in the master were measured and cut improperly and have been letting water through to the kitchen every time we shower. I had to call a plumber to figure this out, and a drywall guy to patch the hole we cut in the ceiling to make sure there wasn't any long term damage. I tried to get ahold of Vic, spoke to him twice to try and set up an appointment and let him make good on this issue, he said of course I will get you scheduled and get this taken care of this week send me the photos; that was two weeks ago. I had Temecula Glass come out, one call and they were here and fixed the issue. Temecula Glass was extremely competent, courteous and professional. read more

Was interested in replacing all the windows in our home. Galindo' glass was recommended, so I called Victor. He called me back and set up an appointment to give me a quote, but he didn't show. Rescheduled two more times. Finally got him out here and he said he would contact me back with quote the following week. Nearly a month later and he still hadn't contacted me back. I called him and he said he had been busy with another customer and that he would call me back next week. That was more than two weeks ago. Ended up getting all of our windows through Home Depot. Victor was nice, but a professional can't afford to be that flakey. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

Vic is creative, professional and does beautiful work. I had an old chrome cheap shower enclosure, and the update is unbelievable. he has great ideas for design and ways to make improvements without spending a lot. I highly recommend Galindo Glass. You will be very happy. read more

We replaced two pairs of old single pane sliding doors that didn't close correctly with new white dual paned doors at a house in Canyon Lake, Ca. The guys from Galindo Glass were always very responsive on the phone, email, or text, came out to our place when they said they would, and they beat the price we were quoted at Home Depot by hundreds of dollars (Home Depot didn't tell us there would also be a huge installation fee in addition to the cost of the doors.) Victor Galindo was straightforward, courteous, and clean. He's one of those guys you know you can trust right away when you meet him. From start to finish, the experience was pain free and went Way better than expected. We are hiring Vic to come back and do some glass work right away on our front door as well. Guys like Vic who say what they mean and do what they say are too rare in this world. read more

A great company and we had our storefront door broke and they came the same day and boarded it up and ordered our glass.

Had two window replaced. They leaked. He came back and glued the edges. We had called many times. The frames have leaked with every rain. He promises but doesnt come and fix. They are still not fixed. We also wanted two new replacements as these were faulty, He is evasive if a problem comes up. read more

We made an appointment with Victor to come and give us a quote on replacing 2 windows. My wife rescheduled her day to meet him in the afternoon. An hour before the appointment he called and cancelled. At that point they rescheduled for a different day. He never showed. My wife called him to see what happened and he didn't answer or return her call. After making 6 phone calls over 3 days to see what happened we realized this guy wasn't even professional enough to take the call and apologize for blowing us off. I would not recommend using this company. read more
