He said that due to the width of the opening and us wanting a sliding glass door, he would have to frame the opening to accommodate the sliding glass door. He provided us with several options and we picked the best one that suited us. Jay immediately started framing and when the glass pieces came in, he and his crew came out and finished the framing and installation. I actually found them on Yelp by setting up a project on here to replace some blinds I had broken in my room. They responded quickly, setup my appointment lightning speed, and came out on a date/time that worked for me. The initial rep matched the new blinds to my existing color and texture. He gave me a timeframe. Just like he said, the guy came out on the best day/time that worked for me and only took ten minutes to install the new blinds. It was a positive experience.

When we sent photos, Ricky agreed it wasn't up to his standards and promised to replace the doors after "a busy patch." That was half a year ago. Since then: no responses to calls, texts, or emails. We chose him over a Restoration Hardware or Rejuvenation vanity because we wanted to support a local craftsman who would stand behind their work. That trust was misplaced. Adam came down next day for a detailed quote and Brody and team build new patio up in less than two days a couple weeks later. Would have been one day but they had to remove my old leaking patio otherwise it would have been one day job. 40 ft × 11 ft are dimensions for new patio which adds significant amount of usable patio space for us. I wanted to provide an update since the owner's response below does not reflect what has happened…read moresince my original review. The company stated that the waterproofing work was completed and documented. However, after that response was posted, new leaks continued to appear, including leaks in areas that had never leaked before. Additional damage occurred to my home, including hardwood flooring and interior finishes. The company also stated that it does not reinstall unsafe components. Yet I personally documented damaged and broken pillars being reused, and multiple workers told me they had objected to reusing them. Most importantly, the company has since involved its insurance carrier regarding the conditions and damages at my property. Their insurance consultant inspected my home on March 18, 2026. If the work was completed properly and there were no issues related to the project, I find it difficult to understand why an insurance claim was necessary in the first place. Since then, I have been repeatedly told to wait for the insurance process. Months have passed, no meaningful testing has been performed to determine the source of the continuing leaks, no repair plan has been provided, no leaking doors have been repaired or replaced, and the missing railings and pillars remain uninstalled. The most frustrating part is that my home is still left looking like an unfinished construction site while the company points to an ongoing insurance review as the reason for delay. I do not believe a homeowner should be expected to live with continuing damage and an incomplete project indefinitely while waiting for an insurance determination. I genuinely hoped this matter would be resolved after meetings with the company's ownership and licensing representative. Unfortunately, despite promises that things would move forward, very little has actually happened. I will continue to update this review as events unfold so that potential customers can make an informed decision.

It spanned the entire width of the back yard and the ends of it connected to existing wood fencing. Howard was able to come up with multiple creative solutions to the nonstandard height and unusual post spacing of the old fence, giving us several options on how to proceed. His bid was very reasonable, especially for the amount of work that the project entailed. Howard was hardworking, diligent, and obviously passionate about his craft--a true artisan. He kept us continually updated on the status of the entire project and was able to work around several obstacles in the yard, including mature landscaping in front of the old fence that he did not disturb at all (other bids wanted us to entirely remove it which was not an option). He gave us a beautiful new fence that is incredibly well-built and feels like it will last forever. We are so glad that we went with Howard and would happily recommend him to anyone!
