But two months after installing my cover, he was able to get the gutter guard after the fact and have it installed for me. With El Nino coming this winter, I'm going to need it. The build directions are a bit messy and need to be rethought and be much clearer. 2. It would be much easier to build if they had done clear careful YouTube videos explaining how to build the patio. 3. While all pieces arrived correctly, they are not labeled, and don't perfectly fit the description in the list they provide. This needs to be improved. Especially the piece labeling. 4. You are given only five days to report any missing or damaged pieces upon delivery. Given the mild complexity of the construction, this is too restrictive.

The size is about 9 ft x 20 ft ahead if schedule. Great. The work took about 4 to 5 hours including demo The work was very good and it looks very nice. They built my sons patio cover and he referred them to me. Minor issue: the round column head and bottom are same piece. At the bottom one side is colored yellow and I had to asked it be painted which took 20 minutes. On the whole, they did a very good job and the price is lower It also included light fixtures.
