Jason and his team removed our old back decking ( pergola, lattice fencing, original concrete slab with bricks). they did an amazing job putting in new concrete, re leveling an area that was slopped, and put in a new railing and gates. we also had to have fascia board replaced and painted. I recently needed my patio cover replaced. It is a 3-part patio cover that needed to be torn down and replaced. I reached out to several companies for estimates, with Elite Patio Covers one of them. From the beginning of the process Elite Patio proved to be the best and right choice. Jason came to my house to provide an estimate. I had two other companies do the same - with one company refusing to even give a quote due to the complexity of my installation. Jason followed up the next day with photos, and asking if I had other questions. Elite Patio Covers was the only company that did any follow up with me after coming out to give an estimate. This is what earned them the business - they proved they wanted my business. We negotiated a couple of details on my estimate. Tom and Jason came out to verify some repair work that I had requested, and we scheduled work for the next week. The tear down of my existing patio was quick and efficient. The installation of the new patio cover took 2 days. Overall I was pleased with the crew and the work performed. It took 3 work days to complete. The old patio was torn down on day one with everything cleaned and removed. The installation was two days and Tom the owner actually asked if he could stay a little late the first day of installation, and when he was done the work area was picked up of all debris. Only thing remaining was the stacked pieces of patio cover yet to be installed. I give Elite Patio Covers a 5 star review. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a patio cover. After my sons patio was completed he referred me to Elite Patios saying how good they were. Well long story short he was correct. Your estimator Clay came over to the house and spent well over an Hour showing us different designs and structure configuration. He explained how long it might take for Materials to arrive ( Note: Do to covid materials are sometimes hard to come by). He gave me a rough Idea on the time table and was only off by a week. I waited a few months to write this review to see how everything stood up to the rain and summer sun, and it has met and exceeded my expectations. Tom was great, the patio cover was built on time and looks awesome. He also built it under a balcony (I didn't want to lose my balcony). I'm a picky guy and I'm sure they were fed up with all of the special requests and questions haha, but Tom and his crew met and exceeded my expectations. We got rain about 1 week after the install and it was water tight. It also keeps my house 5-10 degrees cooler not having the sun beating down on the back windows all afternoon. It has made my backyard 10000 times better. Of all the backyard remodel things we did, the patio is the best. My next door neighbor also used elite and loves her patio cover. He was by no means pushy nor did he ever try to persuade me to go with the most expensive layout we had in mind. They were very careful when removing our old patio and did an EXCELLENT JOB putting on the new one. When removing a vine like plant that was growing in-between the old patio, they were CAREFUL to not damage it. They cleaned up after themselves, never did they leave a mess during or after removal and installation. Word of advice, don't be discouraged because the business may not be located in your area or b/c they don't have tons of Yelp reviews. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed! They did a GREAT Job!! Our neighbor used them first and after looking at their work and the cost we'd called Tom for a quote. We had a 17' x 31' Alumawood cover (slat/solid/slat) with 4 footings put in just before Halloween 2015. They also did the electrical installing a ceiling fan, 4 recessed lights, 2 post lights, 2 covered outlet boxes & 2 covered light switches. With permits & concrete footings it took just about a week to finish, but the installing of the actual cover just took one day. We highly recommend them. read more

He actually came out the same day that I called. He listened to what we wanted and explained everything to us. There were some issues following the installation and while they did get fixed, the communication was not good. I would have expected at least a phone call or a text to let me know if and when they were going to be there.
