WiFi down when we got here so no POS system- we had to order online. 10 minutes after ordering the systems went up, a family member put in their order and it literally came out 10 more minutes before mine even though mine was 1 item and theirs was 7 but okay.. the food was good a little bland but it wasn't really worth waiting half an hour for a burger. After over 20 minutes the burger comes out in a plastic container completely plain- added everything to the same burger so it was super dry when it came back. Tiny ass burger patty, not a fleck of salt or seasoning on the fries. No decriptors on the online menu o had absolutely no clue what was coming out just had to hope for the best. Came in a plastic to go after implicitly telling us to order pickup to stay. The FOH staff was kind but this seems like some rich lady's bullshit project that isn't set up for success. No backup systems, long waits, basic menu you could get anywhere, really unfortunate as I was looking for a good bison burger spot. read more

Not sure if getting your food here in person is different than ordering it from Uber Eats but this was just bad. Not only did they miss more than half my requested ingredients in my build my own dish, but they missed my entire side order of sweet potato fries. Oh and my sauces were all completely wrong. So frustrating and disappointing when you take a chance ordering from a new spot you have never tried before and the experience was awful. And my food looked so sad. They barely filled the containers. I waited over an hour for this order its just ridiculous. I hope they go under. Don't ever order online from here. First, a caveat - I have only had their food delivered and I keep getting the steak lovers bowl. With that in mind... it's great! Pretty good price, maybe a little more steep than warranted but it is hard to find anything comparable. Taste is good. Macros are good. Very few complaints. read more

They argue behind the counter on who's demanding or doing more. Even that guy mentioned to wash the dang forks. I usually always order from Protein Source without any issues. But on May 18, I ordered a Bison Burger for takeout. Due to realizing I ordered at the wrong location, I called in to the restaurant to cancel the order (within a minute of placing it). The person on the phone told me, they had to speak to their manager to cancel it. After I called back, they said they canceled it on UberEats. About 10 minutes later, after still not seeing a refund or cancellation on the app, I called back, but the person reassured me that the refund was made. It's been 15 days, and I still see no refund. I contacted UberEats support, but they have been no help in the matter. read more

This is literally one of my favorite places to eat. In general, each protein source has a variety of healthy delicious choices with all of the nutritional information alongside them on the physical menu. The price of the items is very inexpensive and the portions are large, unlike a competitor such as greens and proteins. The service is fast, usually takes about 10-15 min for a pick up order or if you order in store. Ambiance is always low key and relaxing, very clean at all times. read more

Service is alway great here and staff are always friendly. The place is clean inside, with a good amount of seating there' is inside and also a patio area to eat. Trying to order a wrap off of door dash and the order is requiring me to choose another protein I have to pay extra for, a sauce I have to pay for and it will not uncheck the box for sub meat with veggie meat. After she understood, she said "We do not have any control over any apps and I don't have a manager here." Used to come here quite a bit years ago, menu has gotten huge which is good. Now the bad (check my history I rarely post bad reviews) - the food is still decent but the employee noisily whining about her coworkers and dropping F-bombs behind the counter is incredibly unprofessional. Lots of people hate their job/coworkers - the entire dining room doesn't need to know. Also I was told yes, I had to wear a mask while several others came in maskless - I don't mind wearing it but be fair. And when you get a cash tip you're not obligated to say "thank you", but it helps customers decide when they're contemplating coming back. I'll be hitting up the Protein place across the parking lot going forward. Edited - No, Claud cabbage wrap shortage was NOT explained to me at the time of ordering. You weren't even there, it was a lady behind the counter and nobody else at the time of the order. And what I ordered was a Bison wrap not turkey because I wanted a low carb option WRAPPED like whats advertised on your window. "Sits on a bed on a of lettuce" look at the photo again.
