I went here last week expecting this to be a better option than the postal office. I was wrong. I walk in and the guy at the counter is helping the person in front of me. He then asks me what I need. I explain, "I have a QR code and need a package to mail my item in." He says, "grab the black bag." I don't see a black bag. Person in front of me turns around points to a floral print bag next to me. I get to counter and tell the guy again, "I have a QR code". He tries getting my information and then asks if the person behind me can cut in front of me, which was both odd and rude. She says, "that's okay". As he is taking my information I tell him a 3rd time that I have a QR code. He gets annoyed and says, "why didn't you tell me that?" I explain that I did. I almost walked out of the place. So I don't go that often, and can start to incur additional charges for mail held too long. One good feature is the ability to have them trash junk mail by selecting it online and asking them to toss. The UPS recertification, although able to be done remotely, is tedious and you need to supply ID and address verification. Which is annoying but probably can't be helped, but I send it in and then they tell me the ID is expired, which it isn't. And they charge me $12.50 for that.

Their support and service was very slow and very impersonal. It took over an hour to not resolve my issue. In the end they took no accountability for their error and offered to only refund half the amount when it was their fault. The store manager even sent me screenshots to provide Air Shipping was never included so I wonder how many times they have got away with this with other clients. I used their standard mail by check deposit for years and it took this to not trust them as my mail service. The store front Aeromail is a joke also and took weeks to scan my mail items.
