But I also appreciate that a restaurant not owned or managed by a soulless corporate group needs to allocate resources carefully. If they weren't going to redo the order, they could have just brought avocado slices to the table! The MANAGER had a very dismissive, RUDE attitude and so I sent everything back and left. I did tip the waitress cash because she was great and had got us drinks by that point. Again, she was nice and side-eyed the manager agreeing what he did was not acceptable.
