We were meeting friends for lunch and I chose here due to the views and great food. I was pleased that everything went really well. The food was delicious. Service was impeccable. The friends were awestruck with the beauty of Temecula wine country as they had never been there. Great choice.

I've heard positive things about the restaurant. Unfortunately, we did not get to explore Falkner winery as we were on a quest to look for a venue to accommodate our wedding anniversary. We met with the manager Jhonathan Morales. He was very helpful and gave us a tour down at the barrel room. They are currently doing construction, but it is a beautiful room with access to an outdoor area with a nice view and picturesque. The dining room on the main floor is an open concept with windows throughout providing great views.

The food here is delicious and well thought out. Flavorful and tasty all around, I've never had a bad dish here. Crista the server is super attentive and friendly as well as the manager Jonathan is also very friendly and welcoming. I've had the chance to meet the Chef a few times and he is super nice and always willing to talk food if he has the time of course. The restaurant is always clean and kept looking nice, it sits up on a hill with a nice outside view. I highly recommend you check out the pinnacle when in wine country.

The scenery is beautiful. The staff was awesome and knowledgeable with the menu. The food was amazing! Everything was a between a 9 and a 10 out of 10. Most memorable was the scallops! Just wish there would've been more in our dish.

Wonderful lunch on a Monday. It's January & off season, most restaurants in the area weren't open on a Monday for lunch. All I could find were places with bar food & I was not in the mood for fried greasy food. I'm glad I searched & tried this spot for the first time. Amazing food, view and service.

Lunch here was pretty average (and they weren't crowded on a weekend day). Ordered two different pasta dishes. Both were overcooked with bland ingredients and sauce. Covered in cheese to mask the inadequate flavors. The accompanying seafood was fresh, simply prepared. No issues with it. Service was nice. View is also pleasant. Overall, really average quality food for an above average price point (spent a little over $80 on one glass of wine and two pasta dishes).

GREAT FOR A LATE SUNDAY VISIT (Before Closing)…read more My first time here to this winery. A nice welcoming place. Not too large and not too small. Great for groups. Close and intimate. Tasting area has some nice visual art pieces, paintings & photography to admire. Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon on the last hour. Ashleigh and Dakota served us with a few tastes before choosing a wine to pour for a glass. We tried the Berbera, the Petite Savoy, and one other wine. All were great! It was nice that a small sample was able to he tried before committing to a glass. On top of the overall excellent experience, upon asking about bottle corks, I was welcomed to fill a small bag full of them if I wanted some for some DIY project. That was awesome! The winery was really nice and I wish I could have gotten here earlier to try the food here. I would definitely come back!

My sister has been raving about their red wines forever, so we finally had to check it out. The whole vibe of the place is amazing! Right when we walked in, the host took us to our reserved table with a delicious charcuterie board. We did a private tasting, and Brian, the winemaker, actually gave us a behind the scenes tour. The best highlight was when he let us taste a brand new, unreleased Barbera and Pinot Noir blend straight out of the tank! Such a cool, VIP experience. When we came back to our table, other wine club members were asking us all about it. I'm not gonna lie, I felt like I was that girl lol. The barrel room also has this moody lighting that is perfect for photos, and the entire staff was super welcoming. Sharon our server took great care of us. They really went out of their way to make my birthday setup feel extra special. If you're looking for delicious wine and a great atmosphere in Temecula, definitely add this to your list. We will absolutely be back!

The wines were just okay and felt a bit overpriced for the quality. I've definitely enjoyed tastings more in Paso Robles. It does get very busy on weekends, so if you're looking for something more low-key, I'd recommend going during the week. A very nice touch though was that we were able to bring our own charcuterie spread.

One of the biggest appeals is its peace, quiet, and the open back patio that overlooks acres and acres of vineyards. The room itself was spacious with a huge king-sized bed. They also offer hot air balloon and spa packages. The only thing was that the fridge was not that cold so our water and food weren't very cold overnight. The tasting room is on-site closer to the front of the property and when staying at the resort you get $5 off their wine tasting ($30 for 5). We came here after we checked out of our room and our favorite was the cuvée prestige. This place is very peaceful and secluded which makes for the perfect weekend getaway. It's pricey but it's relaxing with beautiful vineyard views.

GENERALLY OPEN LATER - MUST GO ON A SUNDAY EVENING!…read more I do not frequent Temecula very often. I've only been here a few times. Visiting wineries is a fun way to spend a Sunday in Temecula, yet the only down side is that the majority of wineries close at 5pm. The Peltzer, however, is open a bit later and usually till 7pm. I have a very nice time here. The two wines I tried here were very good. The service was friendly and welcoming. I happened to love the vibe and decor here a bit more as it was not all restaurant orientated. It felt more like a family friendly brewery where you can bring a board game and sip some wine and enjoy your time with friends. I would definitely come back to the Peltzer!

They also gave us great recommendations for other wineries to check out during our weekend, which we really appreciated. Peltzer doubles as a venue, and you can tell--there's always something happening. Concerts, weddings, events... it feels like a place that has something for everyone. We can't wait to come back and explore more because it truly feels like a winery you can enjoy in a dozen different ways. The only downside of our evening was that they had to close down early due to a wedding.
